[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I ordered a small neck pillow because I had one years ago that was very supportive. Apparently these are completely different now. It's way too soft and not supportive at all. I have neck problems which is why I ordered, and apparently returns are not allowed with this product. Pretty disappointed!

Being a "budget shopper", I tried at least a dozen pillows (some memory foam) before I bought another Tempurpedic because of the cost. I finally realized that if I added up the cost of all those cheaper pillows, it would come out to be a lot more than the price of a Tempurpedic pillow. So I bought another and am very happy. The only improvement I would make would be to make the top flat with no ridge. My head doesn't seem to fit between the two contours.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have neck and back/shoulder tension and I had been looking for a pillow to replace another memory foam one I had that was of similar shape. The design of this pillow allows me to sleep in my back or side and helps keep the spine (more) straight to reduce some of that tension. It is a little stiffer than my old pillow but that could be the difference between new and old.

I have spent a small fortune on a variety of pillows, over the years. I have TERRIBLE muscle-spasms that feel like I have a "knife stabbing me in the neck!" So when I bought the Tempur-pedic NeckPillow, I was skeptical. After just ONE nite, I was forever SOLD on THIS pillow! Even on days when my neck is stiff & hurts, I can hardly wait to stretch-out & relax on my Tempur-pedic Pillow & Bed because I know I will feel better in the morning!! I have NOT purchased the Travel Size pillow yet, but plan on doing so, as I know I'd NEVER sleep well on ANY other type of pillow. Thanx Tempur-pedic!

Not only is the pillow unbelievably soft but it's also made my sleep a lot more restful. Everyone should purchase a tempur pedic pillow for its durability, comfort and superior quality.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For years I've had the Queen size Neck Pillow. I've loved this pillow but noticed that I was increasingly having to put my hand under when I slept on my side. It dawned on me that the material had finally broken down to the point where I needed more support. After researching the Tempur-Pedic site and seeing they no longer made the Queen size Neck Pillow I found the Side-to-Back and Side-to-Side pillows to be closest to the current Neck pillow (i.e. 24" long and 4.75" high). I do move from my side to my back while sleeping and thought I'd give the Side-to-Back pillow a try. I first spoke to the online chat consultant to determine how big a change from the side height (i.e. 4.75") to the formed center designed for back sleeping. After determining it was a good height for proper neck support (I'm 5'11" with broad shoulders), I ordered the Side-to-Back pillow. Upon waking after my first night sleep I noticed how refreshed I felt. It was as if I had gotten into a very deep sleep (I do use a CPAP so that may help) and my shoulders and neck felt great! After several nights since, I am ready to certify that this pillow is AWESOME!! It is firm on the edges, which is what you want when sleeping on your side. I would not recommend it for someone that has narrow shoulders or moves to their stomach. My only complaint would be sometimes when moving from side to side or back to side my ear gets caught and folded over. Not a big deal as I move enough that it really doesn't cause any issue but thought I'd share. The only other small complaint is the location of the zipper to remove the liner is right at the bottom edge of the right side of the pillow so if you do put your hand there, you will feel it. Again, not a big deal as I'm re-training myself to not have my hands up by my head anyway. I hope you love it as much as I do!

I went from a very soft decade-old pillow to this very firm pillow so the learning curve was STEEP. It took ~2 weeks to adjust but since the first night, my neck and traps haven't felt better (I no longer need to stretch them)!! I loved the small/medium heights. They are a little shorter than other companies' pillows and I find that the medium fits perfectly for my build and keeps my neck super neutral and aligned. Life changing. I will caution that my ears do get a little sore because of the firmness but it seems worthwhile.

The 24" Neck-Pillow is no longer offered. Should you purchase the "Large" thinking you are ordering a "Queen-size" pillow, you will be disappointed. Plus Customer Service says "Tough Luck". They also have no idea when the larger TEMPUR-Countour Breeze Side-to-Side was discontinued. All other pillow options only come in "Queen" or "King" versions. So, I'm stuck with two pillows that don't cover half my queen-size mattress. Beware!!

To help some tensions on my neck and shoulders, due to hours of work, this pillow has delivered greatly. I no longer wake up feeling tense, instead I wake up feeling calmed and very relaxed. In fact, I had to buy another one for my wife because she got jealous. Thank you

However, the Tempur-Neck Pillow made it so comfortable and easy to transition to side sleeping. It's soft but firm, offers amazing support, and is frankly the best pillow I've ever owned.
