I have always used this pillow for a long time. But this is the first time I ordered it online. The measurement information made me think that a medium is what I needed. But after I got it, I realized that it was a small that I always bought. So I'm hoping it will soften up and fit me a little better. It's a little too high for my neck. But it's better than what I was using. I love this pillow so I may just need to buy another one in small. The support for your neck is great.

I have been sleeping on a Tempur-Pedic pillow for over 20 years. My old pillow was just not giving me enough support any longer so I decided to buy a new one. It seems TP has changed the material as this new pillow no longer molds to my the way the old material did. This pillow is much too firm. I am waking up with neck pain nearly every morning. It would be great if it were a little less firm.

I found the medium/extra-firm at Home Goods and decided to try it since I have yet to find the perfect pillow as a side sleeper. The first night I tried it, my neck burned with pain, so I flipped it around to the short side. At that point, I actually slept. The issue with the tall side is that the slope is too long, putting too much pressure on the neck. The neck needs to rest where the pillow supports head weight. That said, the long slope now supports the top of my head, and the valley creates a nice little cradle with less pressure on the ears, which is quite nice. The short side doesn't quite fill the shoulder gap, but it works for now. If the curvature was more balanced, it just might work well for me.

The pillow must be carefully positioned to just touch my shoulders without going underneath, but with that, the improvement to rest and reduction of pain is remarkable. It is too low for side sleeping. Perfect for back.

The curve of this pillow holds my head in a certain position which is comfortable and in a way that when I open my eyes I saw the ceiling of my room. This is the right position for my neck. I can also change to side sleeping. When I wake up in the morning, the pillow is still holding me properly.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pillow gave me really neck and upper back ache after a couple weeks of use. When I stopped using the pillow ,my aches went away. Using Tempur-Pedic's online customer service, I chatted with someone called Ben who informed me that Tempur-Pedic would offer me a complimentary exchange, however when I called I was informed this wasn't true, which is really frustrating. I think this pillow would be extremely comfortable for the right person, however it wasn't for me despite being a side/back sleeper. Would have liked to exchange it for a standard cloud pillow instead, but never mind. Also, this is the second time writing a review for this pillow, I guess my initial review didn't save.

Its been a wonderful way to ensure great sleep no matter where I am in the world. Would be great to have some other options on size as well as wash-ability as well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I gave it a good three months and my neck is worse off. I'm switching back to my old pillow because, after 1 night back, it already feels better. I think I just need something firmer. Other experiences may vary.

I use a similar pillow at a relative's house when I visit. I thought this pillow would be the same but it's very much firmer. I think it'd be best for back sleepers. I'm a side sleeper and use the shortest rolled edge. It takes a little while to get used to the firmness. The pillow is constructed well and came with a zip cover. I'd recommend this product for anyone who wants a very firm pillow, especially if they sleep mostly on their back.

I was excited to get this pillow because I laid on one for a few minutes at a furniture store and it felt great on my neck. I have a really hard time getting my neck comfortable when I sleep. It turned out not to be so comfortable for me. The part that goes under your neck is way too high and felt like it was pinching off my nerves in my neck, so I flipped it around and put the lower hump under my neck and that was a little better, but still not great. Sometimes I wake up okay, and sometimes with a crick in my neck. Guess I'll go back to fighting with a traditional pillow. Hate to since I paid so much money for this one.
