I was given the tempurpedic neck pillow as a Christmas present. My friend knew I was always fighting with my pillow and waking up with a sore neck. I've had my pillow for almost a year now and it has made a big difference for me. I don't wake up with a sore neck anymore because I get the right support. Sometimes I miss the feeling of a soft pillow & will switch for a few hours but the neck pillow works best for me. I highly recommend it if you have neck problems.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The neck pillow has helped tremendously with my neck pain, but it lost some firmness/loft within the first month where I rest my head the most. It would be ideal for it to keep it's original firmness over time or least for a year. I am a bit disappointed in this aspect, but otherwise thankful for less pain.

I tried to buy another, cheaper foam pillow but it was awful. I slept much worse on it. I sleep beautifully on this pillow. My back and neck feel better when I wake up. I will sleep on one of these for the rest of my life.

I loved the feel of this quality pillow on my head. I am a back sleeper and this is the perfect pillow for me. I had bought my first Tempur Neck pillow about 12 years ago which was quite heavenly, and have used only Tempur Pedic ever since. Unfortunately, this time I believe I might have chosen the wrong size- the contour felt a bit too high at the base of my neck. Excellent product otherwise!!

My husband has this pillow and loves it. My only complaint is that we've had the pillow for a few years (more than 3) and the foam is breaking down. It is about to the point now that I can't remove the cover for laundering, as it's messy and I'm afraid it will disintegrate. We have considered buying a bed from Tempur-Pedic, but honestly, I'm concerned about the materials. I know their warranty is longer on the beds, but still. For what it's worth, I would say this is a good pillow, but expect to buy a new one every few years. Or, if it starts breaking down ANY before the 3 year warranty period is up, get it replaced! I wish I had.

I would try all sorts of 1-2 pillow combinations to find the right fit and feel and it never seemed to work. The Tempur-Neck Pillow is helping align my back and neck more naturally, resulting in better sleep. Laying down to sleep is more comfortable and my pain has been getting better each morning.

This is my second tempur-pedic pillow. The first one was after a fall that injured my neck and was recommended by my Physical Therapist. It made such a difference and ended up being a well traveled pillow, even Hawaii and a Cruise, and so will the new one.

I bought the contoured pillow because I am a side sleeper. My neck was really starting to bother me, to the point of not being to turn my head. I bought your pillow and day by day it has gotten better and I am at the point that the pain is no more!! What a godsend. there are no words to explain my love for this pillow. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Tempur-Neck Pillow works for me!!!! I have reoccurring neck pain and the Neck Pillow takes it totally away after about 3 nights of sleeping on it. I wouldn't be without one. I cut an old one in half to travel with............amazing, it works. So now I sleep soundly when not at home. The BEST pillow! Also sleep on a Tempur-pedic mattress. My only regret is that I waited so long to try it. Have had it about two years - fantastic!!!! My husband loves it too. Thank you Tempur-pedic!!!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's the perfect hight so that my neck is slightly elevated but still elongated, not scrunched up like with other pillows. It's the right amount of firm and supportive but still soft and comforting. Paired with my Tempurpedic mattress, it gives me total comfort for a great night's sleep.
