I've been buying this pillow for 15 years. I buy a new one every five not because it's worn, but because I think I should. I have a very bad low cervical disk dysplasia. I cannot sleep on any other pillow without neck pain the next day. And, if my neck is sore, this pillow helps to relieve the pain. I travel every where with the pillow. It's not made full size anymore so I have to retrofit my pillow cases. I do miss the full size pillow for my bed at home. I have and will continue to recommend this pillow to anyone who suffers from neck issues. I adore it!

We just bought a new Neck pillow to replace an old one that we had for a few years. BE AWARE: The new NECK pillows are much harder than they used to be. Tempurpedic must have changed the density of the foam that is used for the neck pillows. I hate the new neck pillow because it is now too hard. I had to return it. We loved the old pillow. I hope Tempurpedic goes back to making the the old pillow!!

If there was a option for me to give 0 star I would. I just received my pillows about half and hour ago. Right away I noticed my neck pillow is small in size. I ordered a size large on the website but somehow page didn't refresh or whatever, and it is stayed as medium and way too firm. I was very excited about the pillow as it was a gift for someone with neck pain. Called customer service, and told them that i need a size bigger but they wouldn't do it. Apparently it's considered used when it is delivered and it was delivered earlier this afternoon. Did not even use it. Still in the box wrapped in plastic. What a horrible policy and customer service. Explained the situation to a representative and a supervisor, they basically told me i am stuck with it or donate it. Supervisor also hung up. I am sure their other product may be good. But policy like this bad and customer service like this, i would not recommend this company.

I have always used this pillow for a long time. But this is the first time I ordered it online. The measurement information made me think that a medium is what I needed. But after I got it, I realized that it was a small that I always bought. So I'm hoping it will soften up and fit me a little better. It's a little too high for my neck. But it's better than what I was using. I love this pillow so I may just need to buy another one in small. The support for your neck is great.

So let me start this by saying that I have purchased literally every pillow that claims to give neck support. I've gone through dozens of pillows and every single one of them would fall flat in the middle of the night and not support my head. I have 4 herniations in my cervical spine which causes spasms in my upper back and shoulders and recently have been getting terrible tension headaches. I knew I needed a more supportive pillow because I'd wake up not being able to move, I finally bit the bullet and ordered the neck pillow. This is NOT at all what i expected, I figured it would be a normal size pillow with extra support for your neck, it's super small which turned me off to using it. After about a month of this pillow sitting in a closet I woke up one morning with a terrible spasm and figured I'd just use it that evening. I've been using it for about 2 weeks and I have no idea why I didn't use it sooner, game changer!! I never want to be without this pillow, for the first time in 10 years I can HONESTLY say I can sleep through the night and not wake up in agony. If you're on the fence about buying it just do it, you wont regret it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I remember seeing tempur neck pillows at my uncles house as a kid and wondering why anyone would subject themselves to it. It was such an odd shape, didn't look comfortable and was most assuredly an old person thing. Like coffee or wine. Well I'm turning 30 this year and love coffee and wine. I also found myself waking up to a rice krispies' neck every morning and a tension headache by nightfall. I woke up one bleary eyed morning and went straight to my laptop. It was time to invest in myself. It has been one of the best decisions I have made in my adult life. When I'm ready for some serious, healing sleep I just switch out my pillow for my tempur and it works like magic. I don't toss and turn anymore. I wake up feeling energized and ready for the day. I've been a side sleeper my whole life but I've fallen asleep on my back a few times since using it because it's that powerful. My mom very poetically likes to say "you stayed in Morpheus' arms" when sleep just won't let you out of its grasp. It makes me think Morpheus is somehow in league with the tempur neck pillow and it has more to do with awesome neck support and less so with his arms.

I have used the standard-sized Neck pillow for years, and love it so much that I bought the travel size to take with me. I have two herniated discs in my neck and wouldn't be able to sleep with my Neck Pillow. It is truly a lifesaver to have a compact size one to pack in my suitcase. Pricey but worth it!

I bought my pillow about 6 mo ago, and wish I hadn't. The size and design looked good in the illustration, but it didn't work out. For one it was way too hard. My head and neck hurt after I woke up, and my arm had completely gone to sleep. Everything was numb, all the way to my fingertips. I tried for a month to get used to it, but finally gave up and gave the pillow away.
