[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought two pillows (a neck pillow and a more normal shaped one) on a BOGO offer through Tempurpedic. I immediately hated both, which is fine, everyone has personal preferences, I guess. (Even though my girlfriend, roommate and various friends all laugh that there's no way anyone would want a pillow this thick and hard) But this company apparently doesn't accept returns! Even the company that shipped me my mattress accepts returns, why can't tempurpedic do it for their pillows? So now I'm stuck with over $100 worth of rock hard pillows that I wouldn't even give a guest. Great.

About ten years ago we ordered a temperpedic bed and had to wait a couple days for delivery. Meanwhile, we took home the pillows. Even on our old bed, the pillow was like... magic. The combination of bed and pillow are heavenly. Comfortable support, exactly where it's needed. No more waking up to adjust the pillow. Ten years later and it shows no sign of wear - worth every cent!

At first, I was concerned because the newer version is lighter and has less material. However, after using it for a few months, I realized I like it even better than I liked the older one! It's amazing for neck pain. I sleep on my back most nights and I definitely recommend this pillow for back sleepers. It's amazing and takes a lot of pressure off of the neck area. When I'm laying on my side, I have another pillow that I use instead because this one is perfect for sleeping on my back (and so great for the neck...), but it's a little too thin for me when I'm on my side. That doesn't change my opinion of it. I don't know what I'd do without it!

I have had severe neck and shoulder pain for so long. I saw this and thought that can't possibly work. Then read the reviews saying it's too hard. First it is not too hard and from the first night I slept on it I slept through the night for the first time in a long time and woke up with no pain. It's been a week and a half and I now sleep through the night and wake up refreshed and pain free every morning. I never want to slept on a regular pillow again.

I got this pillow because a have a slightly bulged disk in my neck. I am a side sleeper for the most part, which is why I don't think this pillow works for me. When lying on my back, I can feel the tension released from my neck and the pillow is great, but when sleeping on my side it is terrible! I wake up constantly, tossing and turning because I have cricks in my neck. It takes 20 minutes in the shower to loosen up! The pillow is so low that it feels like my shoulder is being crushed, but to add another pillow under it to aleviate shoulder pain causes sharp neck spasms. I don't mind spending money on a product that works, but this is definitely a disappointment. For as much money as you pay, you should be allowed to have a 30 day trial to see if it works for you.

I've slept on this pillow-style for 10+ years. I ordered two "Large" on BOGO special. My 24" Counter-Breeze has apparently been discontinued (although Customer Service has no idea when). I hadn't even taken 20", so called "Large" pillows, out of their boxes. But essentially got "tough luck" from Customer Service. Had I opened shipping box I would be understanding. Instead I feel ignored and dismissed by a company that I've supported for years.

The pillows were on special so my husband got one and his snoring was greatly reduced. Have since recommended to others who also said they could not believe the difference in their sleep. Pillow looks like it would not be comfy but don't hesitate !! It's great:)

I really wanted to like this pillow, but after about two weeks my neck is killing me every time I sleep on it. I have tried everything and it is still hurting my neck. I bought the correct size and followed all the instructions. I wish I could return it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Mrs has the soft thin version which I thought was way too soft. She convinced me to try the thicker, firmer version. 5 minutes of laying on it and i was sold. The firm pillow was perfect for my noggin. I use a CPAP as well and also lay on my side. Pillow does not interfere with my mask at all.
