The original investment in this mattress - the only expensive piece of furniture I own b/c sleep is SO important, was the best I ever made! I have been able to rest in spite all the arthritic joints in this bed like none other, and it's SUCH a delight to feel comfortable in bed!! I just LOVE it. I don't even like to travel anymore b/c I'm not abLe to sleep in other beds any longer. I tell everyone I know to get a tempur bed! I recently acquired a new tempurpedic pillow of a different format from my old one and I love this too :-)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this pillow because I developed extreme acid reflux (GERD), and I need to sleep on my back at night. I've always been a side/stomach sleeper, so this pillow has helped me feel comfortable on my back. I use it in conjunction with a wedge pillow and a regular Wamsutta pillow.

I woke up one morning with a stiff neck. Unfortunately, it went on for days...then weeks. Out of desperation, I ordered the Tempur-Neck pillow. It worked immediately and my neck was better the next morning. I use it every night now. I was suprised because I have always loved a soft, squishy pillow and the firm, neck pillow is the opposite. I won't go back to a soft, down pillow. My only issue with it is that I wish it was longer. I have a king bed and it is smaller than my normal pillows. Other than the length, it is now my nightly pillow.

Terrible! I tried to go buy in store but nobody sells them. I bought online x2 for my husband. It hurts his neck so bad he can't use it. Tried to return it and they said no. No returns. No refunds. Terrible business model. Buy somewhere you can return if it doesn't work. This company is too arrogant.

Very rock hard pillow and has a strong smell that has not dissipated over time. I wake up every 30 minutes because it's too hard. If you want a smelly rock for a pillow this is it. The shape of the pillow is good for cervical problems. If only they could make it softer and less smelly.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I ordered the small tempur neck pillows and to my surprise, it was smaller than expected as it didn't even fit standard pillow cases. The pillow feels flimsy when touching it with my hands but firm against my head. Overall, the product wasn't how I remember it to be compared to my previous tempur neck pillow.

I purchased the neck pillow in a medium (I am 5'4" with a small frame) and slept on it for one night. The pillow was so hard and uncomfortable that I woke up with a back and neck ache. My young son has the small size pillow that fits my body perfectly but I made the mistake of trusting Tempurpedic's height/weight chart when I ordered one for myself. Beware the pillows are firm and if it is an inch or two too tall, it will bend your neck in an unnatural way. Unfortunately, Tempurpedic doesn't have a money-back guarantee for pillows so I am stuck with a very expensive and uncomfortable pillow. Buyer beware.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had neck pain in the past and still do on occasion. The Tempur-Neck pillow really makes a difference. It conforms to your head and neck, and provides relief from the day's activities. There is less pressure directly on your neck. I can use it for sleeping on my back or side. In the morning, there is no pain or discomfort with my neck. The only drawback is that the width of the pillow is a little small. That's only because I was comparing it to a previous neck pillow I used. However, after using the Tempur-Neck pillow, the size is just the right fit for my bed. There are no issues if I change sides, from left to right, the pillow is wide enough.

It has definitely lessened my lower back pain and I can't imagine living my life without it. It is soft but firm so it retains its normal shape once any pressure is lifted. Love this pillow!! I have one for my lower back and one for my neck on long car trips.

This pillow was the WORST pillow you could buy if you have neck pain. I bought it for my husband and after trying to use it for a few days he ended back in his doctors office who advised him to stop using the pillow immediately. Please do not buy this pillow. I doubt that they will post this review but if they do you will have to go through a huge amount of good reviews till you get to one that doesn't have 5 stars. They say satisfaction guaranteed but they LIE. They will not even let you exchange the pillow for a regular one. I am curious how many reviews I will have to go through to see this one. I will be shocked if they even post it.
