They have been a lifesaver on nights when I have a migraine and am able to fall asleep. Previously, I would be trying to apply pressure but with no relief. These pillows release the tension and I am able to fall asleep and stay asleep. I am very satisfied with my purchase!

I purchased the Tempur-Neck Pillow on the recommendation of my chiropractor in a size medium. I was very excited to try it because I was in need of a new pillow, I had been waking up daily with a sore neck. After using the pillow for a month I was still waking up with a sore neck, even worse than before. I called customer service for some advice and they suggested I try the pillow in a size small. I have been using the small pillow and it is wonderful! Another thing I will mention is the smell of the pillow, it is very unpleasant. I also asked customer service about that and the representative suggested rolling the pillow up like a sleeping bag. It helps to push clean air through and work out the smell.

I recently wanted to replace my first and actually tried three other pillows since I figured the technology caught up to Tempur Pedic over the last 10 years. However, none of the other pillows gave me all the benefits that the Tempur Pedic did so I purchased my second Tempur Pedic pillow. It's the only pillow I've found that allows me to sleep without tossing and turning. The size of the pillow also allows me to pack it in my suitcase when I travel since I need it if I want to sleep the entire night!

I have been using one of these for over ten years now and can't/won't go back to anything else. Using a regular pillow caused neck and shoulder issues. I haven't had a single morning with neck or should pain when using one of these. It does take a few nights to "break in" a new pillow. It may feel too firm, but it will soften and react to heat more quickly as you use it. For me, the improvement in sleep is almost immediate, even with a new pillow. The only down-side to these pillows is that once you start using one, you have to take it with you when you travel, as regular pillows just won't cut it anymore. I also have a travel-size pillow that was in my pack everyplace I went in Iraq. I could get a decent night's sleep on a cot as long as I had my pillow.

We have always bought this pillow in the small size and have loved it, so I just ordered two more. When they came, they were very, very small and uncomfortable. These were not at all like what we have gotten in the past. Cannot sleep on them, so they were a total waste of money since you cannot return them.

I bought this pillow when I was 18 and badly hurt my neck, I am now 38. It has been on every camping trip I have been on, every night spent at my sisters house and every vacation. It is old now and starting to fall apart a bit, but it has some life in it yet. Needless to say, this is a great pillow. It is soft, works as a leg or back pillow, and that perfect spot of firm and soft. Pro-tip: it folds perfectly in half and packs easy. (Also serves as a good reading position). This pillow is currently on vacation with me! It supports my neck, critical to good nights sleep. I've used Tempurpedic for years. This must be my 3rd pillow. I'm sold on it. Ps... recently purchased the mattress topper...Wow. My legs & hip no longer ache in the owning. Feel as though the topper has given me 3-5 years more time on my mattress.
