I used to think i might have to give up academia due to the pain, but then I tried tempur and it changed everything. I've been having them for less than two months and my pain's almost gone and i can feel that my neck tendons are healing. I'm short (5'2'', female) by have broad shoulders. I first bought size s but it seemed too thin for me. So i bought M, and it's perfect! Thank you Tempur!

These neck pillows are not the same as the older ones! These are SIGNIFICANTLY FIRMER than before. The shape has also changed. The neck portion is higher and longer compared to the previous "medium" sized pillows. This is so disappointing! The older model was perfect. Now I'm stuck with 2 brick pillows that I can't use or return them!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pillow is curved nicely to offer neck support. I'd say it's best for back sleepers although it works for side sleeping, too. I haven't woken up with a stiff neck since I started using it for several months. The only downside is it is too small for a standard pillowcase and the shape doesn't look fantastic when I make my bed. I tuck it in behind Euro pillows. Overall I'd highly recommend this pillow- even at the cost.

The minute I tried the neck pillow in store I know it was the one to break that cycle! It offers the perfect amount of neck support I need and is durable enough to last longer than your average pillow.

I have a neck injury and short neck, finding sleeping on regular thick pillows a problem. I would get up in the morning with a neck ache! After trying the Tempur-Pedic Neck Pillow, I am amazed at the relief this conforming and thinner pillow as provided! It is a resolution to a major problem. Thank you Tempu-Pedic!

This is by far the worst pillow I have ever experienced. Not only is it very, very small, but It will hurt you worse than you were already hurting. If the pillow wasn't bad enough, the customer service is an absolute joke. They don't care if they are selling you a subpar product (in fact, they know they are) and they WILL NOT help you with a return or a replacement. This company and its products are a joke!

This is the worst purchase I have made from Tempur-pedic. This pillow is way too firm. After using it a couple nights I was in severe neck pain. Buyer beware there is no refund on pillows. If you were not satisfied with the pillow you're just stuck with it. My husband has the same pillow and the one I purchased isn't even close in size even though he has the standard and I ordered the standard. This pillow is designed for a child not for an adult. Size is off. Should have just bought something similar somewhere else and paid a whole lot less. My money down the drain. Even though I own a Tempur-pedic bed if it ever needs replaced, you can rest assured it won't be by Tempur-pedic.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Like other reviewers have mentioned, you do smell strong chemical scent at first but I aired it out and washed the cover of the pillow-hence my 4 star review but otherwise I would say every other aspect of this pillow is worth 5 stars! No more fatigue neck after a good night of sleep!

I have used these neck pillows for years. I have even referred many of my patients to use this pillow but the material has changed and they say it has not but it is too hard and causes much neck pain. I have returned the pillow and then they sent me a pillow over soft with zero support. They need to go back to original material so that I can continue the use as well as refer to them. Very disappointed. Please go back to original material. Thank you

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I sleep with it every night...and even travel to it when I sleep away from home. I was having terrible neck pain but now I get the support I need and get a good nights' rest. I love it and I don't dread going to bed now!
