I feel as if I'm laying on a 5 star hotel pillow but better. The plush feel has a slow response to pressure but gives you more than enough neck support. My overall experience has been awesome. I did visit one of their stores and their customer service made me feel even more comfortable. Thanks Tempurpedic for keeping me in line.

I am a user of the neck pillow. Have been for many years. I sleep on a king size bed, 80 inches wide. I ordered two neck pillows, large in size. What I received were small pillows, all though the packaging stated large. I never measured but I would need 3 if not 4 pillows for my bed. So if you need a large "king size" pillow to fit a king size bed, be cautious when ordering the pillow. No comment on quality or comfort. Just the size.

As a slide-sleeper with cervical issues, I bought the Tempur-neck, small profile a couple of weeks ago. I found it a bit too high and, unfortunately a bit too hard, to the point I can't sleep comfortably on it. It is a pity the return policy does not allow to return this product after trying it.

We tried several different traditional pillows, and these changed our lives starting on night 1! We sleep so much more comfortably and now use 1 pillow each where we'd have 2-4 before. We'll never go back to traditional pillows!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I loved Tempurpedic pillows but purchased some recently and they were not as solid as the ones I had before. I need a firm pillow or my neck hurts. Disappointed that they appear to have reduced the firmness in the pillow.

Bought the pillow about 5 weeks ago: Size, Large: FIRM. It is WONDERFUL! FIRM Provides the perfect support , with no sagging: the 'large' size fits my neck perfectly when side sleeping (my preference). It is the best pillow I have ever used. Highly recommend if you like a firm pillow when sleeping. 5-stars!

I do use a flat pillow underneath this one to hold my head up more but that's the only downfall. I love my new set up and my back has felt much better since using this pillow!
