[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am quite disappointed in my pillows. I have used tempurpedic Contour pillows go over 15 yrs after multiple cervical surgeries. This particular one that your sight lead me to is not at all like my other TempurPedic pillows. It is extremely firm. It doesn't cradle my head like my previous one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This bed is super comfortable and versatile. If I have a bit of reflux I can raise the head to keep things under control. If I sleep on my side, it's easy to lay flat again with one button. The Breeze feature makes it nice and cool during the summer months; no more waking up with a soaked pillow.

I have used these pillows for years and loved them. I ordered new ones and they are hard as a rock. Your head makes no indentation in the memory foam. They are not returnable. Obviously the company has changed the memory foam they are using. The rep said they've had a lot of complaints about these pillows. The company provides no returns or exchanges. They refuse to stand by their product. Very disappointing.

I have been using this pillow for quite some time now and overall it's preety good. This pillow is very comfortable but every morning i have a stiff neck and hit hurts like hell for the rest of the day. If you are looking for a pillow to help your neck I wouldnt recomend it but if your looking for a comfortable go head and buy it.

I just received my neck Tempur-Pedic pillow a few days ago and I no longer am uncomfortable sleeping! I have used Tempur-Pedic pillows for about 15-20 years. The last one I bought, I used it for 2-3 years and the last 6 months was uncomfortable. My physical therapist just told me I purchased the wrong one for my arthritic neck and TMJ syndrome! However, the one I just received (and I am writing a review for) is the one I always buy, except for the last pillow and my physical therapist approves! I didn't have to adjust to it and I slept all night. It felt like a dream! Also, I couldn't detect an odor to air out like I usually do (yeah!). I measured my neck as the instructions said to and I needed a "medium". The pillow is standard in size which is perfect for me. Thank you!

I've have been sleeping with the TEMPUR-Neck Pillow since 2008. It's the only pillow I will use. I suffer from neck and back issues do to my job. And this pillow with my TEMPUR-PEDIC mattress has save me from a lot of pain. I have a saying "have pillow will travel" meaning my pillow goes everywhere with me. It's been all over the United State, South America and to the other side of the world.

I've had a Tempurpedic pillow since 2014. I recently replaced it with a new model of the same pillow and it is very different. The old pillow was supple and confirmed to my head and neck. The new one is stiff and feels cheap. The old one felt like the top layer of a the Tempurpedic mattress and the new one felt like the bottom of the mattress. Incorporating the better foam either as a top layer or as the overall material would significantly improve the comfort of the pillow.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this as a replacement for my old neck pillow and it's great to see that the quality is the same. I'm a side sleeper and this definitely prevents me from waking up with a sore neck in the morning. It's firm enough to provide the support you need but still comfortable and soft enough for your head to sink in a bit. However, you definitely need to let this air out for at least a week before using. These tend to have a strong smell to them and it's probably not good to use them until the smell goes away.
