[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a medium sized pillow and I'm a 5'7" female. After exchanging the small for the medium (I sent it back unopened), I wish I had stuck with the small sized one. The medium size is great for when I sleep on my sides, but I'm finding that I sleep on my back for the most part. When I sleep on my back with the medium pillow, it stretches out my neck muscles too much and ends up straining my neck. Lately I've switched to the other side and that helps a bit. Moral of the story: go with the smaller size! Otherwise I'm happy with it. It does great at supporting my neck when I sleep, I just got the wrong size which was my fault.

I've never written an actual review, but this pillow is awesome. My neck has been hurting for months/years because my old pillows were garbage, but this is phenomenal. I have an extra firm bed, which is supposed to help my back, but my pillows never allowed me to be comfortable on the bed. I (M 27) have a 6" space between my neck and shoulder, so I went with the medium pillow. It felt kind of odd when I got it out of the package and lied down on it (mostly the shape), but that night and the next, I've gotten more restful sleep than I can ever remember. 4-5 hours of sleep feels like 8 now. If you're trying to upgrade pillows, this should definitely be at the top of your list of considerations.

I have owned the same tempur-neck pillow for about 25 yrs. I was having neck and head issues and couldn't find a pillow that I slept comfortably with. I tried pillows of different thicknesses and I even tried a seed husk pillow and a couple of other unique style pillows. Any pillow would be comfortable for a few days up to two weeks. When I tried the Tempur-neck pillow, made it through the two wk period and has worked since then. I take it with me EVERYWHERE. I recently got my wife one for Valentine's Day and she loves it as much as I do. The pillow from Tempurpedic is what convinced me to own the mattress too. Sadly, they didn't make one with a cooling feature/layer way back then. One of these days I will donate mine and buy the upgraded one. Thank you Tempurpedic. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It takes some time to get used to it but once you are adapted to it you can feel the difference between your regular pillow vs. this neck pillow. I'm waking up fresh everyday now without any soreness in my neck-back region. Just one suggestion- if you change your sleeping position over the course of your night sleep then you might want to try other pillows. I change my position many times during my sleep and I can tell it doesn't feel very comfortable when I sleep in my stomach!

I purchased the Tempur-Neck Pillow on the recommendation of my chiropractor in a size medium. I was very excited to try it because I was in need of a new pillow, I had been waking up daily with a sore neck. After using the pillow for a month I was still waking up with a sore neck, even worse than before. I called customer service for some advice and they suggested I try the pillow in a size small. I have been using the small pillow and it is wonderful! Another thing I will mention is the smell of the pillow, it is very unpleasant. I also asked customer service about that and the representative suggested rolling the pillow up like a sleeping bag. It helps to push clean air through and work out the smell.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The only position that I find difficult to get comfortable in with this pillow is stomach-down. It is great for lying on my back and on my side. I just washed the pillow covers last night, and it was fairly easy to take them off and put them back on. The summer months worry me, but we will see how they feel in the heat when it comes. As for now, I have no complaints about this product.

I'm able to sleep deeply and wake up feeling rested. Sleep is the most important factor in healing the body and mind. I would highly recommend this pillow!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was trying to save money and buy a less expensive product. I ended up with a pile of pillows that hurt my neck. I should have replaced my tempur pedic pillow with a new one in the first place. No more neck pain and headaches!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had purchased this product during a promotion deal, so I was happy with the price I paid for the pillow. However, as someone looking for a pillow with more firmness, I was disappointed with the Tempur-neck pillow. It did not provide as much "extra-support" as I would've liked or expected. I found it to be as firm or even less so than the cloud pillow and probably would just opt for that in the future. I think it would be a good pillow for others that don't require as much support though.

I've been having unbearable neck pain. Tried all sorts of pillows and finally tried tempurpedic. I was sure buying the best would do the trick. I waited, and waited, and waited and when it finally came.... It was horrible. Some reviews said you should keep trying until your neck gets used to it, but it did not work for me. My husband has a cervical pillow he loves (cheapie from Amazon) so I know some cervical pillows are awesome, just not this one.
