It cut my neck pain in half and I haven't used anything else since 2005. I replace my pillow each year and feel great. Perfect solution for neck pain.

I have been using the Tempur-Pedic neck pillows for several years. Usually, they are great. Recently, I recently ordered a new neck pillow as a replacement. Unfortunately, it weeks later and there is still an odor emanating from the pillow causing me to no longer use it. It's a waste!

Helped with my posture (keeping shoulders down when sleeping), pain (more neck support, less collapse), the best pillow I've ever used. Then I moved and it got lost. I spent two years thinking 'maybe it'll be fine. Maybe I put this pillow on a pedestal and other pillows will be fine..WRONG. SO WRONG. No pillow can compare. I've been through 4 different pillows in 2 years because none help the way this one has. Things I love - -Contour helps me keep my neck and shoulder in alignment when sleeping - less pain and stiffness overall. -very comfortable!! I like a firm pillow to keep my head up. This one isn't as firm as others but it doesn't need to be, the material keeps its shape and doesn't flatten! - I love it. My partner loves it. Things I don't love - -expensive. I went through 4 types of pillows because I was trying not to spend $150 on a pillow. My own fault, but there we go. - no sales in Canada :( I can't find it anywhere, took ages and some finaggling to get it home (again my issue not the company's but still, sucked hard to get.) Seriously, get this pillow. Even if you've got great posture, this pillow will help keep you in alignment and stop 'the collapse' that comes with deep sleep. Take your measuments, get the right rise, and give it about 2 weeks. I found it took about that long for my shoulders to come down from around my ears and use the full pillow properly. But whoa. I could probably keep going on about it but... Get the pillow. Get it and enjoy better sleep and less neck trouble. Enjoy the pillow. Enjoy the comfort and softness. Love the pillow. Love yourself.

I take it with me traveling as well. It is the only pillow that does not give me neck pain. It fits the contour of the next perfectly, and, keeps it aligned with spine. It is of the perfect density. It is natural feeling.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wasn't sure how to use the pillow, which way to lay on it and weather to sleep on my side or back. After some time of experimentation I found it is a back sleeper for me. I enjoy it now. The first few weeks ot was uncomfortable. That was just me adjusting to it. I feel like it keeps me in a much better posture at night and I wake up with less neck and back pain.

I read the reviews and was excited when they arrived. The large pillow is more like a small one. I am very disappointed after a few nights of trying this pillow. I am back using my old one now. Was hoping they had a 30 day return policy if I wasn't satisfied but they dont.

Absolutely worst pillow I have ever used. I'm a physical therapist, so I have a very good background on proper neck alignment while sleeping... this product is terrible. I was tossing and turning for hours because it does not give your neck/head the proper support, and it felt like sleeping on a brick. Very disappointing coming from one of the supposed top names in the business. And they don't even stand behind their product... no returns, which I will admit, is clearly stated. If they knew they offered a good product, they would at least offer credit to their website for people who aren't satisfied. Try another pillow, and another company.

Got my queen size neck pillow about three months ago, and I take it everywhere I go. My wife has one also. Wish we had some kind of carry bag to make packing up in the car easier. My only problem with it is that the pillow cases are expensive and hard to find.

I find this pillow to be extremely uncomfortable. It's hard as a rock. Figured my body heat would help to soften it within a few minutes of each use, but this is not the case. I have trouble falling asleep while using it, and wake up most mornings with my head on my mattress due to discomfort. Also noticed a strong chemical odor when I received it five weeks ago - the scent still resides. I find it unfortunate that this is such an expensive pillow, when it does not own up to its claims of offering "comforting therapeutic support." Wish there was something that could be done to make my money spent worthwhile, since I spent a hefty amount on a product I cannot use. Unfortunate but understandable that they do not accept returns.
