I was suffering from severe neck pain and I was only getting about 3 to 4 hour of very restless sleep. Since sleeping on my new pillow for 2 months I am getting 8 to 9 hrs of uninterrupted sleep every night!! This is one of the best products I have ever bought!!

This pillow is like a rock. Unfortunately I got two and they would not take either one back , even though ine was still in the original shipping box and had never been opened. Also interesting that I wrote an earlier review with this same comment that was never posted.

I was a little hesitant at first because of the pillow's firmness, but all it took was one night using it, and I was sold. I really must have been needing more neck support, and I noticed an immediate improvement in how well I felt in the morning. I'm pretty certain that I'll never use a different pillow again. Thanks for helping me sleep better!

We are absolutely devastated! Came here to stock up on the side-to-side contours and find they are discontinued! Oh my word, I don't know what to do! They were firmer than any other pillow. Ours are going on 7 years now! We will go back to the regular contour, of course, but it won't be the same.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a bunch of stenosis in my neck. Looking at the radiology report there are too many words I don't understand but do feel the effects. So this is the only pillow I can sleep on and I've tried everything. I even travel with it!

I have been buying this pillow ever since I had my neck operated on for a herniated disk in 2005. I literally cannot use any other pillow. All other pillows make my neck uncomfortable, and I cannot sleep. Every where I go, I take my Tempur-Pedic Neck pillow! I will only buy this pillow for the rest of my life, I love it. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is an expensive pillow that is helping our neck and back, but there is a breaking in period. It is not a comfortable pillow to start so that is very tough to get used to. I know it will get better iver time because our last pillow was so comfy but I cannot remember how long it took to break in. It is so stiff and hard but we do feel better overall. Mixed feelings

I bought this pillow a month ago and I like it so far. I've tried different brand or shape of memory foam pillows but they were too soft and hurt my neck. Now, I can sleep really comfortable with this neck pillow. The smell bothered me at first but not anymore. Having a good pillow really help to sleep well.

The 24" Neck-Pillow is no longer offered. Should you purchase the "Large" thinking you are ordering a "Queen-size" pillow, you will be disappointed. Plus Customer Service says "Tough Luck". They also have no idea when the larger TEMPUR-Countour Breeze Side-to-Side was discontinued. All other pillow options only come in "Queen" or "King" versions. So, I'm stuck with two pillows that don't cover half my queen-size mattress. Beware!!

I had ordered a Tempurpedic medium pillow as a gift for my daughter since she did not get it last year for Christmas. I ordered it in Oct and it was to be Christmas gift. The package was delivered and left at my door but was gone by the time I arrived home. Unfortunately, the package disappeared and Once again my daughter did not get the pillow. I contacted Temperpedic support and Angie took such great care of my problem with no hesitation, she had them ship out another exact pillow and within a week it arrived at my doorstep once again, unfortunately I was not home in time and my daughter got it and owned it and has it now. So it's an early Christmas gift. Thank you Angie and Tempurpedic.
