Assuming you don't mind forking over the bucks, these pillows--and that's plural because most of them are simply amazing--will change your life. I use to constantly throw my neck out. One year someone gave me this pillow as a gift and ever since I've been good to go. In fact I've bought several other ones as well. Rarely ever do I get stiff necks, pinched nerves, or any of the god-awful afflictions associated with the neck. I strongly recommend this pillow, especially if you have neck problems.

In the past I would toss and turn all night long trying to find the most comfortable position. With this pillow, I put my head down and wake up in the morning in the exact same position. Definitely recommend!

I'm not sure why the company wouldn't make different size length options. I got both the medium and the large. The large is so hard and uncomfortable. Not sure how it can help with the neck. Customer service is really bad too. Every time I call they give me different information. I was told they just hired some new people but still it's not an excuse.

This pillow provides the perfect amount of support. He has tried other "neck pillows" but nothing beats the tempurpedic!

We haven't slept well because of each other's snoring sounds. Almost everyday, we woke up in the middle of night and couldn't get back to sleep. The lack of sleep made us really tired. We have been seriously thinking of sleeping in separate rooms. One day, I read some reviews about this pillow that removes snoring. I was in doubt, but I wanted to give it a try. And it worked!!! We are still wondering how this could be possible! Now, we don't snore! This is Magic! I am not exaggerating. This is true. I really recommend this pillow to people who are suffering from snoring!

I didn't like the smell as I do not use any chemical cleaners & the pillow definitely had strong chemical smells. I left to air it & also sprayed with non toxic essential oil sprays. I would like non toxic material/fabric.

What can I say? Hands down ( or should I say "Neck down"), the best pillow to sleep on. I have not only slept on this pillow for the past thirty years but recommended it to my patients. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For years I've wasted my time with other fancy pillows that were supposed to be good for neck/shoulder pain. They never worked. I finally caved and bought the tempurpedic. I know some people pft at the size (I bought small) but I love it. It's sized perfectly for me, instead of this big bulky pillow I have to keep moving around all night long. This also means I can easily bring it for travel. After waking up for weeks with a stiff neck, I haven't had the same pain since switching to this pillow. Really glad I finally bought one!
