It comes in different sizes, not based on your bed size, but on YOUR size. Before ordering our pillows, we first measured how long our necks were in order to find the best fit. It really makes the pillow feel tailored to YOUR shape rather than the standard pillows that are sized according to the bed's size. At first, it admittedly was a little awkward- we weren't used to the neck supporting shape and it took us both a bit of getting used to- but I think we were both hooked after the first full night of sleep. It gives your neck support where it's needed, and feels like everything is aligned like it should be. My neck feels straight instead of bent up or down, and I wake feeling better than with my previous pillow, which was also a high quality product but had a more traditional shape. It really helps you get a quality night of sleep. The overall quality is in like with what I would expect from a reputable company. It includes a washable cover that zips on and fits perfectly, which helps to protect the underlying foam and keep it like new for years to come. These really are amazing pillows, I'd recommend them to any side sleeper looking for a quality product to improve their sleep comfort.

This is seriously a miracle product!!!! Everytime I sleep with a headache I wake up without one and feeling so refreshed! I no longer have to take Advil or Tylenol anymore because this does the trick! Just get the low profile if you enjoy sleeping on your stomach and back. I promise you won't regret it!

I hate most pillows. My mom gifted me some knock off version, as there a lot from many reputable brands and websites, and I loved it. However, after 2 years, it was deformed and destroyed. I decided to bite the bullet and I'm never going back. This one is better in every way - form, shape, reliability, quality, comfortability, and aesthetic. Now I realize the next upgrade will be my mattress, sometime! Weak links disappear!

I bought this pillow because I had never tried a pillow of this type before and was wondering how it would feel. Well, let's just say, I think there's a reason that throughout the centuries this type of pillow was never made before. What's worse is that because I bought direct from Tempur-Pedic instead of an another online retailer, that I wasn't able to return it despite trying it out for only 15 minutes. I do not recommend this pillow, and I also strongly recommend against buying direct from Tempur-Pedic--other stores sell their products at the same price and will allow returns on pillows.

If you want to sleep on a cheap piece of rock please but this off me. I got two for the price of one and I understand why now. I have had my other temper-pedicure pillow for like 10 years and I loved it but I lost it traveling... so I bought a new one the same one but this isn't isnt even memory foam it's like a brick. I'm disappointed... well guess I have to find a better brand :/

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've used it for months, past its return window, but it's just so hard for the back of my neck, if anything it adds pressure to it. It's uncomfortable for sleeping on my back and not big enough for a comfy side-sleeping. I wish I can return this.

WARNING: I ordered two Standard Small neck pillows and upon receipt, I thought they sent me travel pillows! They are not the same quality nor size as before. I have two other Temper-Neck pillows and they are wider than what I just received. NO mention is made of the size of the pillows on their website. I had to call to inquire whether if I traded them for the Standard Medium whether they would be wider. There is no difference. I am stuck with these small pillows because I cannot return them even though I have not opened the protective wrapping.

Since using this pillow, it has relieved any neck pain I had before. Also It lets me sleep all through the night. The only thing is, a standard pillow case is too large for the "small neck pillow". So, I took a king size pillow case and cut it down to size and made a perfect size pillow case for it, with fabric left over to make a case for my tempur-pedic roll pillow.

I bought a version of the TEMPUR-Neck pillow in 2004, and I have used it every night I sleep at home since. It has followed me through college, cross country moves, transatlantic moves, marriage and more. I don't think about it much, but it has been comfortable and reliable the entire time. I bought one for my wife earlier this month, and it doesn't look that different from the one I bought almost 20 years ago -- mine is very slightly flatter, but still springy and comfortable. Considering how little wear-and-tear it is showing, I think it might last another 20 years.

I had severe shoulder pain and my physical therapist recommended it and sold me my first one. I have used this pillow ever since. I keep a couple on hand and take one with me when I travel to use at the hotel. This pillow keeps it shape for a very long time.
