[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the quality of sleep I get with this pillow! So much I bought another, for my travel, before Covid. Its been a wonderful way to ensure great sleep no matter where I am in the world. Would be great to have some other options on size as well as wash-ability as well.

I have been using the TEMPUR-Neck pillow for many years. I used to wake up with a crick in my neck from sleeping on regular pillows. Since I've been using the contour pillows, I don't get the crick in my neck. It does take getting used to the contour pillow but after awhile, you get adjusted and won't want to sleep on regular pillows anymore. It is very comfortable. I also have the travel sized contour pillow and it's very convenient to pack in my luggage.

I expected it to be like a firm mattress for my head and neck, knowing from other reviews that it wasn't particularly soft. After sleeping with it, I've realized it is WAY too firm for my comfort. I woke up in the middle of the night (which I never do) feeling like it had been pressing on my esophagus, and a large portion of my spine (neck and upper back) felt very uncomfortable. It is beyond getting used to. I'm better off buying a pillow that has a sleep-trial, which Tempur-Pedic does not offer for pillows.

I ordered a Tempur-Neck Pillow to help address chronic neck pain that I've had which seems to be worse first thing in the morning. I had a Tempur-Pedic pillow years ago and loved it! I have been a little disappointed with the new pillow I just received. I ordered a SMALL based on my neck to shoulder measurements using the guide (I'm 5'4" and ~115 pounds for reference with a small frame). While the contour shape fits my neck okay, the actual dimensions of the pillow are lacking. It's too small for a standard or queen size pillow case to fit on it. My queen size pillow case can practically wrap around it lengthwise twice! I guess I should have paid better attention to the dimensions of the actual pillow as I mistakenly assumed it would be a standard size with the SMALL only relating to the shape/fit of the contoured part. As far as my sleeping & neck pain - both have been worse after about a week sleeping on the new pillow. I'm not sure if it's just going to take some time to get used to, but I'm waking several times through the night and have experienced increased muscle tightness in my cervical region. Hopefully this improves!

Ordered the medium and tried sleep on this pillow several times and it does not support the neck or head. When I lay my head on the pillow it feels like I'm hanging my head back. Not enough pillow in the middle or on the other side to cradle your head. Would do better to sleep without a pillow. I would send back but according to their website no returns.

Convinced to buy this by sales agent, said this pillow was designed for those with neck problems. Bad choice..pillow too flat and to reach it you need a pillow underneath it. Could not return it..wasted alot of money . Sorry she talked me into buying this .h

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased my first pillow years ago. I kept it longer than I should have. It finally died. I first replaced it with a "generic" foam pillow for a fraction of the price of a Tempurpedic. It was awful. I returned it and purchased my second Tempurpedic. Very happy with repeat purchase.

My husband has this pillow and loves it. My only complaint is that we've had the pillow for a few years (more than 3) and the foam is breaking down. It is about to the point now that I can't remove the cover for laundering, as it's messy and I'm afraid it will disintegrate. We have considered buying a bed from Tempur-Pedic, but honestly, I'm concerned about the materials. I know their warranty is longer on the beds, but still. For what it's worth, I would say this is a good pillow, but expect to buy a new one every few years. Or, if it starts breaking down ANY before the 3 year warranty period is up, get it replaced! I wish I had.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pillow has changed my life! I suffer from a certain malformation in my neck/spine area that causes severe pain and discomfort when I sleep. The Tempur-Neck pillow cradles my head and neck in the perfect position allowing me to get a full nights rest and I wake pain free. I take this pillow everywhere with me, even when I travel! A MUST HAVE!

It's much smaller than I thought and I'm still having neck and shoulder pain. I really wish I could return or exchange it. I won't be able to afford another pillow for a while.
