If there was a option for me to give 0 star I would. I just received my pillows about half and hour ago. Right away I noticed my neck pillow is small in size. I ordered a size large on the website but somehow page didn't refresh or whatever, and it is stayed as medium and way too firm. I was very excited about the pillow as it was a gift for someone with neck pain. Called customer service, and told them that i need a size bigger but they wouldn't do it. Apparently it's considered used when it is delivered and it was delivered earlier this afternoon. Did not even use it. Still in the box wrapped in plastic. What a horrible policy and customer service. Explained the situation to a representative and a supervisor, they basically told me i am stuck with it or donate it. Supervisor also hung up. I am sure their other product may be good. But policy like this bad and customer service like this, i would not recommend this company.

I purchased this pillow for my husband as a Christmas gift, we had no clue that it would be so hard. I would not advise anyone to purchase this product. There is no give at all to the pillow, you would be better off to go outside get a rock and put it under your head.

I like how the outer cover can be removed for washing. Holds support and form well for comfort. The side where the pillow is more built up for the neck is my favorite part of the pillow.

We finally did after my husband was complaining of having chronic neck pain. Literally after our first night using the new pillows, he woke up and his pain was gone! Game changer for sure! I've tried many pillows over the years to help my TMJ problem and pain. Nothing has worked and then I saw online that this pillow is best for it. So I tried it. It's very supportive and now I have NO TMJ pain!!! I think you'll experience the same relief.

After reading all the positive reviews on this pillow, I decided to give it a try. It has made such a huge difference in the quality of my sleep. I no longer wake up with pain. The only con would be the sizing. I bought the large because it seemed to be the closest to a standard size pillow but may have benefited from a smaller size for my body shape.

I purchased my first 2 pillows 10 years ago. I've traveled the world & walked through many airports carrying my pillow. (It came in it's own carrying case.) I will never sleep on any other pillow. I use to suffer terrible neck & shoulders pain throughout the day & while trying to sleep at night. Not anymore, not since my first purchase 10 years ago. My husband also sleeps one one every night.

This pillow is amazing. I have had it for several years and it's time for a new one. I just want to respond to a few of the people that have given poor ratings. First, if it holds your head low when you're sleeping on your side, then you got the wrong size. If you have the proper size it holds your head perfectly in line with your spine. For those that said it works great for a while, you have to realize that it needs replaced just like any other pillow! The material does break down over time and not support as well. Finally, this pillow is most comfortable when used with the Tempur-Pedic bed. I have the bed and the pillow and get AMAZING sleep. Love Tempur Pedic products- I will never buy anything else!

I recently purchased this pillow and used it the first night after receiving it. The pillow is very comfortable. I could tell the difference in my muscles the next day. However, the pillow has a horrible toxic smell. I have not been able to use it and have been airing it out since hoping that the smell will go away.l
