Because of my job, I tend to get a lot of neck pain/discomfort. This pillow really helps out! It is definitely on the pricey side but I don't think my neck would be comfortable otherwise. I got the medium size. Highly recommend.

It's way too soft and not supportive at all. I have neck problems which is why I ordered, and apparently returns are not allowed with this product. Pretty disappointed!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are the best pillows I've ever bought. They provide good support no matter on which side you sleep on. Even my picky husband loves it. He never complained about how pillows hurt his neck again since I bought the tempur pedicure pillows.

My husband has this pillow and loves it. My only complaint is that we've had the pillow for a few years (more than 3) and the foam is breaking down. It is about to the point now that I can't remove the cover for laundering, as it's messy and I'm afraid it will disintegrate. We have considered buying a bed from Tempur-Pedic, but honestly, I'm concerned about the materials. I know their warranty is longer on the beds, but still. For what it's worth, I would say this is a good pillow, but expect to buy a new one every few years. Or, if it starts breaking down ANY before the 3 year warranty period is up, get it replaced! I wish I had.

This WAS my favorite pillow. The quality is not the same as in the years past. It's hard as a rock and non conforming. Though it would also be important to note that its smell was strong and it made my eyes burn. So disappointing. There's no returns on pillows so I didn't even attempt getting a refund.

I have used the standard-sized Neck pillow for years, and love it so much that I bought the travel size to take with me. I have two herniated discs in my neck and wouldn't be able to sleep with my Neck Pillow. It is truly a lifesaver to have a compact size one to pack in my suitcase. Pricey but worth it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dual position memory foam pillow is ideal for me, since I am a sleeper who alternates between back and side sleep positions. The optimal pillow height for these positions is different, and the Tempur-pedic pillow provides them on opposite sides. This is my second pillow of this type, and the first one lasted 25 years!

I had the previous version for years and I still have it my daughter uses it but I bought two for my husband and I they're not nearly as comfortable as the old version. They actually cause neck pain it's so horrible I spend so much money on two pillows for them to turn out so uncomfortable. Save your money and buy ones you know are comfortable these are not.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm not kidding when I say that every night my fella would wake me up with his INTENSE snoring. It got to the point where I thought I would have to accept this as a way of life and then the tempurpedic neck pillow changed everything. He doesn't snore anymore! My only slight, minor complaint about the pillow is how small it is compared to a normal pillow. BUT this pillow has been a game changer not just for my guy but for me too and I don't even use it.

I purchased two pillows for side and back sleeping and it wasn't worth the money. I was so hopeful that these pillows would help me sleep better and not cause neck pain like other pillows. The pillows are so thin, hard and uncomfortable that incouldnt stay asleep, causing neck pain and a headache. I ended up ditching them at 330am
