We have neck pillows from prob 12 yrs ago. I ordered the original size small only to find out that they were different in measurement to our original ones. I called customer service. They were great to work with, allowed me to return the two that I ordered and exchange for the medium size which the bump of the pillow is more true to size as the original. Of course there was a charge increase. We are happy with the medium size . Much more like what we are used to.

This one is very small, but can't be returned even I didn't open the package. The website is very tricky, you need click the + button to see the return policy, it's just said may not be returned. Normally, I think many people like me won't check everything very carefully, only focus the products. I understand it's personal products, so I didn't open the package and call them for returns, but I don't understand they still don't accept returns. However, I couldn't return, then used it, it's not comfortable for me, sigh. It's very very bad shopping experience. Maybe for this kind of commodity, should go to store to check and buy it. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had purchased my pillow after a car accident and I am extremely thankful that I did. The TEMPUR material is hands down the best. I feel as if I'm laying on a 5 star hotel pillow but better. The plush feel has a slow response to pressure but gives you more than enough neck support. My overall experience has been awesome. I did visit one of their stores and their customer service made me feel even more comfortable. Thanks Tempurpedic for keeping me in line.

It's lower than I was expecting, does have a smell that I am sure will subside soon, and I did not have the proper pillow case. Overall I think I will be satisfied.

I can comfortably sleep on my back or side with it. The small size is smaller than I expected though, in hidsight I wish I would have ordered a medium.

I bought the tempurpedic pillow as a last resort and it has done wonders! I haven't experienced any pain since and it is by far the most comfortable pillow I have ever owned. I would highly recommend it especially if you work a job that puts strain on your back and neck such as being a cashier or a server in a restaurant.

He suggested I get a new pillow but didn't (wouldn't) give me a recommendation. I chose this pillow because of a referral from a dear friend and I am truly seeing improvement. I am a side sleeper but it also works well when I sleep on my back. I would recommend this.

I don't have to wake up to change position. However my husband doesn't use it as it is too low and soft for him. It is okay as I dont mind to have extra nice pillow ^^

I've been purchasing these for years and years. Now the material is stiff and unfriendly.. there is no give to it. If this is the new idea of an improved memory foam, you have failed. Miserably uncomfortable now. Ugh. Why do companies think they need to improve a good thing? Or was this your attempt to save money? Either way it's a huge fail.
