I had ordered a Tempurpedic medium pillow as a gift for my daughter since she did not get it last year for Christmas. I ordered it in Oct and it was to be Christmas gift. The package was delivered and left at my door but was gone by the time I arrived home. Unfortunately, the package disappeared and Once again my daughter did not get the pillow. I contacted Temperpedic support and Angie took such great care of my problem with no hesitation, she had them ship out another exact pillow and within a week it arrived at my doorstep once again, unfortunately I was not home in time and my daughter got it and owned it and has it now. So it's an early Christmas gift. Thank you Angie and Tempurpedic.

I had a spasm in my back below the shoulder, and my neck was cracking all the time. My physical therapist said I need a new pillow and recommended Tempur-Pedic. I bought the Neck Pillow, standard size, low profile and could not believe the difference sleeping on this instead of a regular pillow. It's been about 2 months now, the spasm is gone and so is the cracking in my neck. I cannot sleep on anything else or go back to a regular pillow. It comes with a case to carry it which will be going with me if I travel anywhere. Very happy with this purchase.

I have used the standard-sized Neck pillow for years, and love it so much that I bought the travel size to take with me. I have two herniated discs in my neck and wouldn't be able to sleep with my Neck Pillow. It is truly a lifesaver to have a compact size one to pack in my suitcase. Pricey but worth it!

The pillow itself is much like its predecessors. My old one was still working after 19 years, but it had gotten bit soft. The new pillow is firmer which is good, but it is much smaller. The pillow just barely is a wide as my shoulders. That is too narrow for maximum comfort as you continually move off the pillow as you sleep. If the pillow had been 6" wider I would have given it an excellent rating.

The Tempur pedic pillow supports my neck perfectly, and ever since I started using it, especially this way, my neck and shoulder pain have diminished! I truly noticed how great this was when I went on vacation without the pillow. Using other pillows made me appreciate the Tempur pedic pillow I had at home even more! I would not use it for a guest bedroom simply because it is customized based on height... I like the support that this pillow offers and I'm very happy with my purchase. It appears to be lasting and quite well and made from quality material.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I sleep much better now with my neck in better positions. It's comfortable. I don't use any other pillows for bed now. Sometimes it's a little awkward depending on the angle of the pillow but it's not bad though.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recommend this only with a firm bed, or else your neck will be too elevated! On a firm mattress this is AMAZING. I used to have neck pain everyday, and it started to go down to my shoulders and mid back. Once I started using this pillow I never once complained about pain. I've recommended this to everyone I know. It doesn't deflate/get flat, always goes back to shape and is very easy to clean.

My husband too. I just wish there were more pillowcase options out there as it is a strange small shape compared to standard pillows.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The pillow is great! I haven't had any back pain since I've been using it! The pillow does have a strong odor when you first open it, but I took the cover off and let it air out for a couple days and it dissipated.
