I bought this pillow because I was constantly throwing my neck out and developing knots in my shoulders sleeping on any other pillow (predominantly a side sleeper). This pillow really does support your neck! I feel like my neck is in much better alignment and I haven't had any neck issues since. My only complaint is that I do find the pillow is a little too firm for my liking. I'm hoping it softens a little over time and with use but if it doesn't, I'd still be sufficiently happy because of the eliminated pain!

This pillow feels just right when I first lie down. Part way through the night, I wake up feeling that I need more support. I know some reviewers felt this pillow was too hard, however I felt over the course of the night, the pillow gets too soft for me.

However, I've had this pillow for a few months, and I can definitely say that it's my favorite pillow I've ever had. It's done wonders for my neck pain and I wake up having slept better too! I bought a small size, and unfortunately it was too high for me (I am 5.4 feet). I really wanted to like this and tried for a few nights, but it was too uncomfortable. I bought the same pillow about 10 years ago and loved it, so perhaps the size of the pillow has changed over the years?

As a dental hygienist, I figured it was just going to be inevitable. I have had extensive therapy including steroid injections and nothing helped. I've been using this pillow for a month now and my neck pain is gone!! I would definitely recommend anyone thinking twice about purchasing one to do so. The cost of the pillow cannot compare to what I've spent on neck treatments in the past.

While the pillow is great, I think a firmer/harder next support on the pillow would be great. I'd like it pop back at me when I lay into it

As a side sleeper, I can no longer sleep comfortably on any other pillow! I've used my pillow for well over a decade and still have zero complaints. Please, please, please bring back king sized neck pillows! Definitely time to replace mine. The longer size makes a HUGE difference when couples sleep together in a king sized bed, so holding on to hope that they will return. The standard size leaves too much space between the couple and three pillows across make comfort super awkward.

The height difference between the two sides is too dramatic, so I could use either. It's also a much firmer memory foam than older Temper pillows. I tried for a few weeks, but woke up in pain every day. And best part, they don't allow returns even though you can't try the pillow ahead in a store. I do not recommend purchasing a Temper pillow until you're able to actually try one in a store. Really disappointed.

Switching to a TEMPURPEDIC pillow is an adjustment, but worth it! I did try the Neck Pillow and the Contour Side to Back Pillow; however, these 2 pillows were too high for my personal comfort. I tried the Travel Neck Pillow and it was PERFECT. My chronic neck pain was eliminated. What a relief
