I have used this pillow for 10 years now and will never buy anything else. I just replaced it with a new one so the cost is definitely worth it. I never have any neck or shoulder pain because of this pillow. Plus, I find it super comfortable. It cradles my neck and shoulders perfectly. It is on the firmer side so keep that in mind if you like a softer pillow. I don't like a soft pillow where your head sinks into it. I like to rest my head on top of the pillow and have it retain its shape. This pillow does that perfectly. It's great for both side and back positions. I love everything about it!

I replaced my two original Tempur-Pedic pillows. One was the soft pillow, now Symphony Pillow, and the other was the medium foam pillow, now neck pillow. I am sad that the quality and offerings have gone down hill while the price has increased. For starters, these two pillows are tiny! My original pillows were both 25" long. Now, the Symphony Pillow is 23" and the neck pillow is 19". Both are an inch less than advertised. I guess this is on me for not realizing they were different sizes, so buyer beware. Given the size differences, they look funny on the bed. The washable encasement is a new/different material too, which makes the pillows fall out of their pillow cases every night. So for these pillows, you need a zip case or one that opens in the middle of the back, not the traditional ones that have an opening on the side. Lastly, they are much less soft than advertised, especially compared to the ones I replaced. The Symphony is advertised as "soft," but it keeps its form. The Neck-Pillow did not come in medium, only firm. So again, this one is one me, but it really is FIRM. I wish there was a trial period or returns. I understand this is a personal item, but it comes in an encasement, so surely Termpur-Pedic can repackage the pillows with a new encasement and re-sell as new. If these were refundable, I would return them both :(

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had high hopes for this pillow - I was careful to order the correct size, and to give the pillow time to "open up". It has been several weeks now, and the pillow is as uncomfortable as day one. It is hard as a rock and is like sleeping on the arm of your sofa. It seems that the back of the pillow - the "shallow end" if you will, always wants to slide back down between the headboard and my head which accentuates the discomfort. I have never loathed a pillow more than this one. It made my shoulder and neck worse. I have gone back to my 8 year old tempurpedic pillow that has the scooped out edges. Now THAT pillow is a miracle pillow. I wanted to order that one, but it seemed like the original design has changed based on the website descriptions.

Unfortunately, after taking measurements, I bought both the small and the medium. (I am currently sleeping on my back because of a pinched nerve in my neck, but I have always preferred sleeping on my side.) I bought a Tempur-Pedic pillow twenty years ago; it was amazing. I took it everywhere. After a decade it just got too old and misshapen, and I didn't get around to replacing it until now. I don't know if it got redesigned or what, but this is a totally different pillow--much firmer and with the wrong contour. Even the small one digs into my neck in a very unpleasant way. Obviously I should have tried these pillows out at a Tempur-Pedic store before I bought them, but I was sure they would be wonderful because of my experience with what I assumed was the same pillow. No. Very sorry about that.

The quality is great- obviously it's a tempurpedic, but this specific pillow was a total let down. I was using the Tempur pillows that were included with our mattress for the past 6 years. Over time they broke down and lost shape, but that's expected when they're 6 years old! I recently started having side/back neck pain so I figured this style would help being a side/back sleeper, but I was wrong. It's not thick nor firm enough (I did measure correctly). I would definitely not purchase this pillow again and I would also advise you to not waste your money on one. If you're looking for a pillow stick to one of their normal styles of pillows.

I was injured during the Vietnam war and could never sleep well after the incident . A friend said buy tempur-pedicure pillow. I bought a king size mattress & Neck pillow and never regretted it. After the first couple of nights, I felt my Neck & Back supported and have never been without it since. It's the only mattress or pillow ever for me. Thank you!!

I got a Tempurpedic pillow years ago after a recommendation from my chiropractor. I fell in love with it. It was thick and sturdy. After experiencing some neck and back issues recently, I ordered another one. It is much thinner and entirely too soft. It's just ok. I don't think it's worth the price anymore.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The large neck pillow provides a lot of support for my neck. It's comfortable, and even more so after a few weeks of sleeping on it. I had very bad neck pain when my previous generic pillow was wearing out. The pain I had before soon vanished once I started using this product. I think the neck pillow is great. I just wish it was a little wider because I am a side sleeper and I roll over multiple times a night and I have to be careful about not accidentally rolling off the pillow sometimes. :)
