[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wish there was returns. The small and medium of this item are so strangely small that I cannot use them. If I do, I experience extreme pain. I bought this to replace an old one of the same brand and it is much different. Im very disappointed and tired of wasting money on pillows.

I measured myself and the pillow per specifications and it was too small. I reordered the next size up and it was still smaller than the previous version I have of the same pillow. Sizing has changed dramatically over the years. Unfortunately they don't take returns on pillows and local retailers don't have the ergonomic pillows in stock. Save yourself the hassle and the money.

I found the service to purchase this pillow on the website very easy and arrival very quick. I also own 3 Tempur-pedic mattresses and recommend them to everybody!

Over the years I tried a plethora of pillows, but when I stumbled onto these pillows I have never looked back. They are exceedingly comfortable for back and side-lying sleepers. Over time they will get a bit less resilient and then it's time to replace them, but that's several years down the road. I think that I am on my 4th generation of these pillows and could not be happier.

I've been using this pillow for many years but after receiving it it was a huge disappointment, it is so hard, very uncomfortable! Emailed the company but wouldn't help me out, I can only throw it out.

I didn't know what to expect in ordering a pillow like this, but knew I needed a new one to help support my tight neck issues after resisting for a long time. I chose this pillow vs. some of the other models since it seemed the most versatile. I took the measurements to size my pillow (which is different than my Fiance's and a very important step!) and bought the appropriate sizes for us. After the first night of using this pillow, I woke up the most rested I have been in months. At first touch, the pillow seems harder than you'd expect, but the way it molds to your head and allows your body to be supported creates the ultimate state of comfort. My masseuse even told me that my regular knots have also dissipated which says a lot :) I'm a back, side, and stomach sleeper and this is a complete game changer for us.

I've used this pillow for years, so imagine my surprise when the new one came & it's soft, no longer the firm support I have come to rely on - I'm so disappointed. When I called customer service they told me it's not just me - please Tempurpedic put it back the way it was!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I appreciate the quality of this product and have used a TempurPur pIllow for many years, and finally decided to purchase a new one. I'm still getting use to the firmness of the new pillow but sleeping fine. Because of its size I feel comfortable taking it along with me when we travel by car, and knowing I have MY pillow with me helps relieve any stress of not being able to sleep when away from home.

After almost 10 years with daily neck and shoulder pain, i tried this pillow out of desperation. I can safely say now a year later, i have no regular neck or shoulder pain! It is a very firm pillow- how else would it support your neck at night if it wasn’t firm. It’s true- it’s like sleeping on a brick. But you have to stick with it. It took me about 2 weeks to adjust to it and now i take it everywhere with me! It is not a “comfy” pillow but it does what it’s supposed to. It’s also not the most esthetic pillow. I’d also recommend measuring correctly and order the right size. I’m in my late 30s and wish i had tried this sooner.
