However, when I received it, the pillow was uncomfortable and It was harder than expected. I contacted customer service for a refund or exchange and they couldn't help me. I'm stuck with an expensive pillow that's uncomfortable. Not a fun experience!

This pillow is not the same, it actually was painful to lay upon and was discarded after one hour of trying to find a fit. I ordered the large, yet the curvature was awful. I truly wish there was a better option with this manufacture. I ordered two and both are left useless.

My neck would always hurt and I would toss and turn all night long. I bought so many kinds, shapes and brands. After so many options and brands, I tested this one 12+ years ago and fell in love with it from the very beginning! A little pricey but it is a wonderful 5-year investment! I immediately bought one for my husband as he started stealing it from me. His is a medium; mine a small. We both love them and totally recommend it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very disappointed, the pillow was small, more like a travel pillow, doesn't fit any standard sheet, no support due to low profile pillow. Excellent construction but too low for me. I'm only 5'3" so my neck is short and small shoulders and this pillow was more like a kids pillow. Now my other pillows I have I jump from roof top how much I love them. This one just doesn't work and I spent so my money on the pair.

Thought I had pretty broad shoulders, so I got the large thinking I have a big gap to cover as a side sleeper. Much too firm (I had the original years ago and don't remember it being this stuff) and much too big. Useless for sleeping, but because there's no refunds so I'm just using it as a meditation cushion.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pillow has definitely helped to support my arthritic neck. It takes some time to get used to but I like its shape and overall have had less neck issues and tend to sleep more through the night.

I've been using the pillow for 2 months and honestly this hard pillow didn't really alleviate my neck pain much (maybe it's not too severe anyway). The package arrived with one side open already and there's only a plastic bag between the pillow and the outside.

This pillow is only 20 inches wide/long. They used to be 24 inches. They decided, regardless of what "size" you buy, they are 20 inches wide/long. Returned as I got the buy one/get one. I had the original style and it was 24 inches very disappointed in product. When you have a King size bed you want a larger pillow. Tempur makes the best mattress, just wich they would reconsider their pillows.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this pillow maybe 7 or 8 years ago and decided it was time for a fresh one while there was a sale. I love the shape of this pillow and it has helped so much with my neck and back pain, as well as my scoliosis. However, the new one I purchased is so extremely firm that it's almost painful. I don't remember the original one I had being so firm at the beginning. I'm not sure if I remembered wrong or if they changed the way it's made. I'm going to try and get it to soften a bit so it's usable, but beware it is extremely firm.
