[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband loves it. He has a lot of back/neck issues. This pillow is close to firm and on the small side of a regular pillow. I ordered a large. I must add that I had an issue with one of the pillows sent and the Tempurpedic rep was great to work with.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This neck pillow is perfect for taller or bigger men. It is 4" high, making it great for broad shouldered side sleepers with neck problems, and also good for back sleepers who want a bit of head elevation. It is firm, but Tempur Pedic foam material makes it very comfortable. I do not find it to feel hot or cool. I am happy that I bought it, and have been using it nightly for about 2 months.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Something has changed with this 3rd pillow. I loved my first two pillows. It's been several years since I bought my last pillow and I needed a new one. The new one is so hard that I can't sleep on it. I'm so disappointed because I have neck pain and this new pillow is making my pain worse. I don't know what I am going to try next. Wish they hadn't changed, but it is definitely made with different material. My quality of sleep is suffering dreadfully.

I tried one of these in the past but the neck hump was too big. this one in the small size is perfect for my cervical stenosis. it is soft and comfortable both when sleeping on my back or my side. the only thing that would make it better is if it was wider.

Granted, I probably should have ordered a small (which is why I had my husband try it) but I wanted to sleep on my back and thought I understood the directions on the size I needed. When sleeping on my side it is so hard it hurts. On a positive note, it makes a great back pillow when sitting at the computer.

These pillows changed my life! I sleep better and wake up feeling so rested...game changer if you are a back or side sleeper with any type of neck discomfort. Just stick with it if you are a first time buyer. It may feel awkward at the start, but after a few nights everything will fall into place. (It also fits nicely in luggage for travel...I don't leave home without it!)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pillow is pretty tall which is good for sleeping on your side but it's hard as a rock which makes it very uncomfortable. I woke up with a lot of pain. If stiffness was measured from 1 to 10 with 10 being concrete, I'd give this pillow a 7. I'm out a hundred bucks + and can't do anything with it except toss it. Don't buy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the only pillow I can and will ever sleep on. The neck and shoulder pain is not there when I wake up whether I sleep on side or back. I had neck surgery in 2000 and cannot sleep on regular foam or filled pillows and I have tried them all. I also have the travel size pillow and it is the first item I put in my suitcase. The rest of my family have them also and are equally pleased. It does have a firm feel and I like the fact that it does not squish down and lose support during the night like some pillows I tried.

I bought this neck pillow with a BOGO. It is definitely not the same pillow I have bought in the past. I had a back store for 12 years and sold Tempur-Pedic so I know the product. Very disappointed this time. If Tempur-Pedic is using this foam, I will not be buying any more.
