[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this pillow to replace a similar tempur pedic pillow I had bought years ago that finally went flat. Unfortunately it appears that pillow is irreplaceable. This pillow is absolutely awful. It is rock hard, even after weeks of attempts to soften it (warming, beating, standing, walking, sitting). I wish I had read the negative reviews before I made this purchase and saved my money.

Then, they won't let you return it even if you never opened the package. obviously, Temperpedic knows it's a piece of crap and they don't want it back. That really is a shame as we absolutely love our Temperpedic mattress.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm a 6'0 250lb man with broad shoulders that sleeps on both sides mostly, and occasionally on my back. This pillow is perfect for filling the space between my head and my mattress and supporting my head and neck and keeping it in good alignment, especially on my sides. When I am flat on my back the roll may be a touch larger than i need, but I think as the pillow ages and softens it will be near perfect as well. Very happy with this pillow.

When I chose the large, I thought it was longer in size, but when I received the pillow I was surprised to find that the word 'large', refers to the height of the pillow and not the length of the pillow (but that was never specified when I bought it online). I am very disappointed and would have liked them to exchange it for a shorter and longer one because I suffer from neck and back problems, but they told me they don't do exchanges or refunds.

This pillow is only 20 inches wide/long. They used to be 24 inches. They decided, regardless of what "size" you buy, they are 20 inches wide/long. Returned as I got the buy one/get one. I had the original style and it was 24 inches very disappointed in product. When you have a King size bed you want a larger pillow. Tempur makes the best mattress, just wich they would reconsider their pillows.

Unfortunately once we stayed elsewhere and woke up refreshed I realized these just do not work. Spent all that money. Avoid

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been sleeping lousily for past year or so. I would wake up with shoulder pain and this constant pinch in my lower back. I purchased the cloud breeze pillow for when I sleep on my stomach. I purchased the neck pillow for side and back sleeping. Seriously, they changed my life. I'll be the weirdo who brings their pillow with them on vacation.

But I ordered these pillows as Christmas gifts because I have raved over mine for years. I am so disappointed. They are so hard. We tried putting them in the sun, heating it, nothing helps. So now I have 2 pillows that my mom and daughter wont use. Not sure what changed with the pillow.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got a Tempurpedic pillow about 22 years ago who's my favorite pillow couldn't sleep anywhere without it getting old and I need a replacement it's a size large but it was a plush pillow and it's a neck pillow for some reason you guys no longer make those the only neck pillows you sell are firm and I bought 3 thinking they where the same much to my disappointment they aren't please start making them again really loved the original pillow

I'm 57, generally sleep on my side and wanted neck support. Have gratefully slept in a Temperapedic bed for a few decades and previously used their pillows, also. These are ok but really, just a tad too firm so don't feel like bed- comfy/ semi-luxurious to rest your cradle into night after night. It does the job but something's not quite adequately tweaked to make it perfect. Older model seemed more comfortable.
