[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have tried all kinds of pillows, from expensive pillows sold at mattress stores to pillows at department stores. Tempurpedic is the best pillow I have tried. This pillow offers so much support for my neck which helps me sleep better at night. I can't recommend it enough!

I thought that I ordered the same foam pillow that I have always used for added, firmer support. However, the new one looks white and clean, but is very soft and mushy. I did not return it because of COVID-time courtesy, but it is not firm enough for me to use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my fourth Tempur Pillow. The quality is excellent. I have tried other brands with similar design and they are not as good. I have neck problems and this pillow helps me so much. I use the travel size as well and never travel without it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I ordered this pillow after having ordered a previous cloud pillow which I have really loved. I am a side sleeper so I thought I would order a side sleeper pillow this time anticipating that I would like it even more than the previous pillow which was not a side sleeper. I have found however that it is much too firm and that I am continuing to use the cloud pillow instead. I wish I could return this expensive pillow and just order another cloud pillow.

This pillow feels nice but is way too small. I did order the small size because I was worried that the medium would be too high, which is a problem I have with most pillows. I have king size pillowcases and the small version of this pillow is laughably tiny inside, both in length and width. When I sleep on the pillow I cannot get comfortable and feel like I have to stay still just for my head to stay on the pillow. Wish I could return.

I was a stomach sleeper but the twisted position of my neck was getting to be too much. The comfort of having the back of my neck cradled means I can spend most of the night on my back with occasional side positioning. I find the pillow comfortable when on my side as well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I would hardly call this a pillow, it is so firm. Too hard to use as a pillow. And even if it was softer, it's too high to use for back sleeping. Since I can't return it, my daughter is using it as back support while sitting up in bed (with a soft pillow between it and her).

i have been using this pillow for over 10 years. I needed to replace it and bought the same pillow as before but i found it to be softer than the previous one. I liked the density and stiffness of the old pillows. This one goes flat on me (i run very hot at night). I am disappointed

I bought this pillow with hopes it would help my neck pain. I have a tempurpedic mattress and love it. This pillow is horrible, however. It's not just "firm", it's hard as a rock. I ordered the size small based on my measurements and it is MUCH too small. It put pain on my shoulder when side sleeping, even though I am a petite, 5' 3" woman. It's a shame tempurpedic does not offer returns, I am very disappointed.

I'm not sleeping on it yet, but it has been helpful for neck support while reading on my side in bed. And it's been a great neck support pillow for exercise sessions when I'm on my back on my yoga mat. So I'm not totally disappointed in buying it, and may eventually use it for sleeping once I adjust to it.
