I had an old Tempur neck pillow, that was much softer and a few inches longer - I guess Tempur changed their formula for this pillow because the feel of it was completely different then my old one and the length was shorter. I found this new pillow uncomfortable.

I 've been a user of the Tempur-Pedic pillow for many years. My wife got me one and fell in love with it right way. I had neck surgery and it's the only pillow that works for me. My old pillow started getting soft and OLD. So it was time for a replacement. I've tried different brands, But I just give them away... they just don't work! THANK YOU for making a great pillow!

I have several slipped discs in my neck. Sleeping was minimal due to pain. I could never get comfortable. I have tried several other "neck" pillows that just didn't work. The first night on this pillow, I slept through the night! First time in months. Using this pillow every night has made my night restful and my daytime pain decrease day-by-day. Despite the hefty price tag, I decided to invest in them, hoping for a good night's sleep. Unfortunately, my sleep problems persisted. It was only after a conversation with a friend, who suggested I specifically try a Tempur pillow, that I took note of the brand. Initially, I was skeptical, and when I didn't see an improvement, I expressed my frustration to him. He clarified, suggesting the Tempur Neck pillow, emphasizing that not every model from the brand was suitable for everyone. Following his tailored advice, I tried the Tempur Neck pillow, and to my relief, I started experiencing restful sleep every night.

It took 3 weeks of airing and squishing the pillow before most of the moldy smell went away, it is still there faintly. Then I tried sleeping on it, and woke up after an hour or so with my ear hurting because it was too hard. Don't recommend it and would never buy again.

I have used this pillow since 2000. I was concerned about driving because my neck had gotten so stiff I couldn't turn my head freely and was afraid I might have an accident. I was amazed and thankful when the pillow solved my neck problem in just a week. I don't go away from home without my pillow.

The salesperson gave me all the info about which pillow is best depending on what type of sleeper you are. I'm a side and back sleeper so this pillow sounds like it's the correct one for me. I tried it out for 5 days and it felt like it made my neck worse and then my upper back would hurt when I first woke up. I ordered the shortest or smallest one but it feels really high. I'm wondering if they sent me the wrong size? They don't allow returns so I am stuck with 2 of these pillows now. It was a buy 1 get 1 free deal but sadly I'm left with a pillow that makes my neck worse and can't get a refund.

I bought this neck pillow with a BOGO. It is definitely not the same pillow I have bought in the past. I had a back store for 12 years and sold Tempur-Pedic so I know the product. Very disappointed this time. If Tempur-Pedic is using this foam, I will not be buying any more.

Before I purchased the neck pillow I was having trouble every night with my arms usually one or the other going completely numb. Now after using this pillow I have not experienced any numbness and have great support with my neck and definitely a betters night sleep.
