This review is for the Small size. I have a petite frame and chose this size for the height of the pillow. The pillow appears well made and the foam firmness and height dimension are good. However, the depth dimension is too small - if I align my neck so that it rests on the lower raised edge of the pillow, the crown of my head hits against the higher raised edge toward the back. The area of the pillow that is indented so your head fits into it is too small, so the pillow forces my chin toward my chest and it doesn't provide the alignment I was expecting. For the price and the advertised benefits, I would expect the dimensions to be designed with an ergonomic fit in mind.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I loved my Tempur-pedic pillow that I bought in 1997. It was immediately comfortable. No neck pain. I brought it with me in my suitcase on travels. It did get softer and sagged over the many years, and I needed to replace it. The 2021 replacement product is a very different material, with an unacceptable feel. It's too stiff, and the dimension is too tall. I complained to Customer Service and was told it needed some 'breaking in'. I gave it a month. Nope. Unacceptable. Tempur-pedic policy of no refunds is also very disappointing. I realize that they can't re-sell any return product, but competitors do offer 100 days of try out and yes, refund is available. They either accept the return that they would donate to charity, or they ask you to just donate it to charity.

It's worth every penny, I love it! I have pain in the back for a long time and this pillow somehow does help a little. Every morning wake up, my neck won't feel tight anymore. One pity is I bought the small size cause I have a small head, however, I do feel medium size could support my neck better, because the higher side is supposed to hold your neck, not your head, and the small size has a low "high side" that is not enough for my neck.

The shape of the neck pillow is a perfect fit to raise my head and keep it in that position! My shoulder has room and doesn't ache at all!! I feel blessed to have found this pillow!! Wow. And not a good wow. Either they sent me the wrong pillow, or the quality on the TEMPUR-Neck pillow has gone WAY down. I've been using these pillows for over 15 years, and finally replaced my latest one because it just got too mushy for me. The new pillows are mushier than the one I was replacing! I've been trying to make due, but I've been waking up with a stiff, painful neck since I started sleeping with one of the new ones. I am SO disappointed, because Tempur-pedic has been my go-to pillow for YEARS, I even take it on vacation with me because I can't sleep without it. If this soft, mushy pillow is the new version, I don't know what I'm going to do, because it's just not firm enough to support me, as the pillows I've purchased in the past have been.

I purchased my third medium neck pillow, due to a neck injury, and found that it was soft, and not as supportive as my previous pillows, that were very therapeutic. Being very disappointed in the inconsistent quality of the pillow, I contacted customer service and was not offered a replacement pillow, and am unable to use the pillow.

I always had this stiff neck every morning felt like I slept on the wrong side of the bed . I thought I might try neck pillow . My neck felt fine next morning . So I have one at my daughter's house so I can sleep good when I stay at her house. Now I know why this neck pillow shape looks like this . No more stiff neck in the mornings. I told all of my friends about this pillow .great neck pillow.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I think the pillow is working. It's much easier for me to rise from my bed each morning without severe neck aches. I didn't give a 5-star rating, however, since you have to get used to the pillow as it is very hard. After about 6-8 weeks, it isn't softening up like I thought it would.

I've always been a back sleeper but I recently had neck surgery and was really having difficulty finding a pillow that would support my neck properly. I tried soft pillows, fluffy pillows, hard pillows, expensive memory foam pillows and none would do the job properly. I finally purchased the TEMPUR- neck pillow and found that it provides the support under my neck perfectly while providing a sense of softness. I don't use any other pillows at all now!
