[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Highly recommended. Make sure you check the sizes and have someone measure your neck to shoulder distance. I assumed I'd be small bc I'm only 5'3" but I'm a medium! I no longer have neck or shoulder pain, thanks to this pillow. The only thing I don't love (but have gotten used to) is how firm it is. I suppose it probably wouldn't work as well if it wasn't firm though!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This hurts my ear and causes severe neck pain every time I try to sleep on it, and I've tried it several times. I've been sleeping on Vance Waze pillow for like 15 years so I'm not sure what the problem is. My husband on the other hand loved his.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have another major brand contour neck pillow that is still soft and supportive. This one is only supportive with no comfort. Very hard to the point my ears hurt after a short while laying on my side.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was hoping this product would help with the neck pain that I deal with when trying to sleep. I did not realize how hard this pillow was, it just will not allow to form to my head and neck and actually makes my neck more painful.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pillow says it's for side sleepers but I don't think that's the case. It's comfortable if you sleep on your back but that's not why I bought it. It actually hurt my neck the following morning the week I used it.

This pillow offers great support and I'm finally getting a good nights sleep. Even better, I'm not waking up with a stiff, sore neck.

I was nervous about it because I wanted the pillows to be comfortable. Next time I will get the next size up!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wish it was a little softer and perhaps a little less extreme from 1 side to another (a middle size between the 2 would be more comfortable for me personally) but overall very sturdy and definitely helps my neck.

I need good neck support while I sleep and have been searching for a pillow that would give that to me. These seemed like the perfect fit. I bought 2 for the price of 1 on a sale weekend and got a medium and large size because I was between sizes. I slept on the large first, and it was too big/kept my head and neck at a weird angle. So their recommendation to go to the smaller size if between sizes is accurate. Next, I slept on the medium size for a few nights. Each morning I woke up with all my neck muscles tight and stiff. I've read that this can happen with super firm pillows because your neck muscles fight against the hard surface and never fully relax. This was true for me. I also had my wife try these pillows and she reported the same stiff neck. Unfortunately, this means that these pillows will be going in the guest room as an option for when we have people stay over. Maybe someone else will find it to be their dream pillow. Overall the construction quality of the pillows was very high and I imagine they would have lasted a long time had they worked for me.
