[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am been using Tempur-Pedic for 10 years,I have neck injuries so need extra support and Tempur-Pedic help a lot .I can't sleep without it a night.If I try to sleep without it my neck pain from injury comes back right away .I buy Tempur-Pedic neck pillow every year for last 10 year ,I always wait for buy one get one free pillow.

Pillow is not wide at all. Make sure you pay attention to the dimensions. Doesn't even come close to filling out a normal standard size pillowcase. If you tend to move around at night, or sleep in any position other than on your back, this is not the pillow for you

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had a tempurpedic neck pillow for about 20 years. I figured it was time to replace it, you can see where my head usually rests theres a dent in the pillow, and the cushion is not springy as much anymore, so it compresses down quite a bit. Anyway, since this is so old I didnt know what size I had, i thought there was only one size. But I come to the website and I see there are 3 sizes, small, medium and large. I figured well I'm an adult, so I got the large. When I received it, it was obviously very much larger than my old pillow. I did try it for like 1 night, but it was too large, I went back to my old pillow. I contacted support, and they took some time to get back to me, but they did offer me to get another pillow. I then ordered the medium pillow. I I received it, and it is not as large as the large, but it was still quite bigger than my old. I used it for several days, maybe a week or more hoping that it would settle in. But I eventually went again back to my old pillow. At this point, i found a deal on the small so I figured I'd get this one last try, and i received it and it feels a lot more like my old pillow. The curvature is a bit different, but its ok and I'm sure this one will settle in nicely. I can now throw my old pillow away, Note that the size small medium and large do not reference the length and width of the pillow. It references how tall the pillow is. Your neck will be up higher in a large. the small, medium and large pillows are all the same size length and width wise. The small version has served me well. I will give my medium and large ones to my mom and see if she wants them. thank you!

When I woke up almost daily with a neck ache, I bought a contoured pillow and found it supported my neck and alleviated the pain. I graduated to a TEMPUR-Neck Pillow and was glad of it; it provided even more support. When my husband began having neck pain, I bought him one and, again, it did the trick. My only complaint is that even the large size, which I got for him, is terribly small in our pillowcases. I hope TEMPUR-pedic will consider making them a bit bigger (but not raising the price too much!).

The neck pillow is extremely stiff and does not give at all with the weight of my head. It's also really bad for side sleeping, and you have to both go to sleep and wake up on your back unless you want your neck and shoulders to hurt. I talked to customer service about my dissatisfaction with the product and requested an exchange but they refused to offer one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When sleeping on my back, the small neck pillow is perfect. I have a small head (small hat size) and many pillows are too tall and leave my next with a crick in it. This one does not. Highly recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great pillow for those of us needing neck support. Feels like it will last a long time and also cushion-y. My only suggestion is that the information about measuring the pillow left me between 2 sizes. I am a back and side sleeper so I chose a medium and it ended up being too big which is uncomfortable. The pillow is not returnable so I had to purchase another $100+ pillow in small (which is perfect!). Measuring for this pillow is not easy.

I knew my pillows were just not cutting it. I bought this pillow in hopes that all the rave reviews were real and I can say, they're real! The aches are almost minimal to none! And I feel a lot more rested in the mornings. I didn't realize how much a good pillow could make the difference in your sleep.

Our quality of sleep has improved greatly, due to the support that this pillow provides. Before our pillows were soft and fluffy or too firm and tall. Imagine the neck and back pain (ugh). I've tried tons of pillows but now the trial period has ended since I purchased the TempurPedic. When purchasing I loved that the company provided an option for height. This helped build support in my neck, alignment in my skin, and decreased pain overall. It worked for me! I hope it can work for you!!
