I was searching for good pillows that could give me relief from neck pain and my decision to choose tempur pedic was totally wrong. I think there is a lot that can be improved in this pillow.

I have used this shape pillow for years, however this particular one made with new and updated material is very hard and doesn't seem to be contoured correctly. My ears get pinched on the very high round curve, as well as cause neck pain upon sleeping and rising. I have had it for over a month now and it still hasn't changed. I also wake up at times with my hands feeling asleep/numb. For the first time, not happy with this pillow. The only thing I like is that the material is soft to the touch.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pillow does seem to meet the specified design, and has slightly improved my sleep and neck pain, however, the pillow is much smaller than advertised. Whatever you are thinking, knock about 30-40% off, and that is the size it is.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the second neck pillow I've bought from Tempur-pedic in the last 15 years. My original pillow (still perfect) left as my daughter sneaked it out of the house as she took it with her to work at a ski resort in Colorado! I tried to sleep without it but after one month I started getting really sore neck pains. After deciding I needed to order another one, my neck once again felt immediate relief with my new Tempur pedic neck pillow. I don't think I'll ever not have one on my bed again! I was surprised that the style and feel didn't even seem to change in 15 years, goes to show that when you get something right- you don't change it. Thanks so much Tempur-pedic!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My chiropractor recommended Tempur-pedic due to my chronic neck pain. Since using this pillow my neck doesn't hurt when I get up in the morning. The tremendous support this pillow provides helps me sleep better, also. I did have to adjust to this pillow so give it some time. Well worth the money!

I've even noticed that I am not moving as much in my sleep after switching to this pillow! I will definitely be sticking with it for good.

i have been using this pillow for over 10 years. I needed to replace it and bought the same pillow as before but i found it to be softer than the previous one. I liked the density and stiffness of the old pillows. This one goes flat on me (i run very hot at night). I am disappointed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had been trying to find something for better neck support. I didn't realize this product could not be returned when I bought it. I slept on it once with a sheet covering it and found it to be really uncomfortable. I put it back in the box where it is just sitting in my house. I get that others may really like this pillow. I wasn't bothered that it wasn't the right pillow for me. What bothers me is that I can't return it. For that reason alone I'll never buy Tempur-pedic products again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am stuck with 2 extra pillows that I don't like. The pillow is too hard for my neck. Instead of getting relief from my neck pain, I get more tension. When I called to see if I could exchange the pillows, the person in charge would not help me. He was mean and insensitive. I will never purchase any item from them again. I will tell everyone I come in contact with about this. It's unfair I couldn't exchange the pillows when two of them were not even opened.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have purchased Tempur products for a number of years. The size of the pillows seems to have decreased. That is a little disappointing as I am a side sleeper and liked the extra height of the pillow. Over all I still like the product.
