This pillow feels nice but is way too small. I did order the small size because I was worried that the medium would be too high, which is a problem I have with most pillows. I have king size pillowcases and the small version of this pillow is laughably tiny inside, both in length and width. When I sleep on the pillow I cannot get comfortable and feel like I have to stay still just for my head to stay on the pillow. Wish I could return.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had to abandon this after about 6 nights of trying it, being uncomfortable, then reading the tempurpedic website and watching videos to learn what I might be doing wrong. My main aim in trying the neck pillow was to see if it would reduce snoring by supporting my neck more, and keeping the airway open. But this was a failed experiment and furthermore has left me with a sore neck. It might be the right thing for some people, but the strong/hard neck support is quite the wrong thing for other people.

This is beyond providing stability, it is simply hard. There are no options so, there's nothing to change or trade in for. I conducted the neck to shoulder space measurements. I attempted to use both sides, use it sideways, etc. I just can't get it to work.

I've missed my pillow and recently treated myself to a new one and I have slept like a baby ever since it arrived. My brother has neck issues and per my suggestion, he purchased one. He loves it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The pillow lasted less than a week before losing all support. My head literally hits the bed in some weird dip in the pillow. Contacted customer service to request an exchange, which required uploading a fair number of photos, only to be denied because there wasn't a "visible" dip. I had heard great things about this brand - something must have changed. Don't waste your money.

Love the neck pillow. In the past I bought the queen large neck pillow and loved it for many years. I had a shoulder injury and chiropractor recommended a different pillow. Now after a couple of years I decided to return to Tempurpedic. I bought the medium neck pillow and as much as I love it, I wish I'd bought the queen size because it's a little longer in length. All that being said I'm happy to be back to sleeping on the neck pillow!

Great product, had one before and will always have one to help with neck pain. This was my first purchase in the US and with the measuring system for H/M/L. I went medium based on measuring comfortably in the middle of the range but after a few nights felt I could have done with the high. The pillow is also extremely small length ways - it drowns in a standard pillow case - and doesn't leave much room for turning. If they fixed this it would be a 5* review!

The size and height of the neck support hump is right, I just wish it had a little more give. It's VERY firm. I like to wear EarPods to sleep and this pillow is causing ear pain when I do. On the plus side, it works pretty well when I'm lying on my back, but I'm a 99% side sleeper. If you're a tall, large back sleeper (I'm 6'7" and ~260lbs) this will probably be great for you. Side sleepers, maybe get a size down or one of the other designs.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've used it.a few weeks now and still hasn't relieved neck pain. Measuring from the head to end of shoulder doesn't help when sleeping on your back. The bump is too big and does not cradle the neck.

I'm pleased with my new one (replace about every 5 years) and am happy with the purchase. I have a relatively long neck and have experienced whiplash, and this pillow is the best I've found for my neck.
