I thought my neck pain is going to stay with me forever, and this pillow was a random try. It is so comfortable that i was not willing to leave my bed the first time i use it. It gave me sweet sleep and my neck pain was getting better every day, and it is gone now. Amazing, right? I recommended it to friends and hopefully they will get similar results. No need to mention, exercise is needed as well if you have neck pain.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm a side sleeper and had been having neck pain every morning. I was desperate for a solution and the neck pillow was it for me! The contour supports my neck while I sleep and makes more space for my shoulder. It's very firm and doesn't smoosh down during the night. I mostly sleep on my side, but the pillow is also very comfortable for sleeping on my back. Don't get this pillow if you're a stomach sleeper. Definitely take the time to measure yourself so you get the correct size- I am 5'9" and needed a large based on the measurements.

I first bought a Tempur pedic neck pillow 2007 and loved it for 14 years. Visited my cousin and left it, this was during Covid. I was having a hard time without it so I ordered a new one and now sleep like a baby. Where I go, my Tempur pedic neck pillow goes !!

Been to chiropractors, physical therapists, etc. Still working with them, but continued to wake up in the mornings with pain. My PT suggested the pillow and my morning pain has been reduced to almost nothing. Feel it will be a huge part in getting the neck problem ultimately fixed.

It ended up being bigger than my old one but I really like the size! So comfy :) I like how firm it is and it helps me sleep on my back instead of my side.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Tempur Neck Pillow provides solid support, especially around the neck. I have the medium one. Because of this pillow, I no longer wake up with neck or back pain! However, it is a little hard on the head. So sometimes, I wake up with headaches because of how hard it is. It sometimes hurts so much that I often have to switch between pillows in the middle of my sleep. But perhaps, this is because I have only had the pillow for a short while (~2 months)? Hoping it gets softer in time.

After opening and using ONE of the pillows for < week, I determined that the pillow was not an appropriate size... I was looking for TMJ & neck pain relief and it felt as if it exacerbated it. I reached out to customer service to ask about exchanging the second pillow that was still unopened in it's original plastic packaging AND box. I was stunned to receive a hard NO. I find it ironic that the company's reply included the line "As a zero-waste company, unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on comfort items like pillows due to their personal nature" yet the company accepts returns on mattresses? Again - I was looking to exchange an **unopened, unused** pillow and was declined. We have a Tempur-pedic mattress and sadly, the company has lost us as a customer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my fourth Tempur Pillow. The quality is excellent. I have tried other brands with similar design and they are not as good. I have neck problems and this pillow helps me so much. I use the travel size as well and never travel without it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I measured carefully per Temperpedic's instructions but this pillow did not offer support to my neck. Temperpedic does not offer exchanges or returns so I would suggest going somewhere you can try it out in person before buying. The measuring didnt work for me.
