[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a back and side sleeper with a neck that's been bothering me for years (C5/C6 herniated disk about 5 years ago). My shredded foam pillow had been working pretty well up until the time I started feeling daily neck aches in the morning. I tried adjusting the fill softer and firmer but it never seemed quite right. I decided maybe my neck just needed more structured, firm support than I realized and bought this pillow. Fortunately, it was just what I needed! Between this pillow and my new ergonomic desk chair, I swear my life has changed dramatically with hardly any headaches. If you are searching it is worth a try. It will be firmer support than most pillows but sometimes that helps. I don't have any issues sleeping on it due to the firmness but it did take 1-2 weeks to really get used to it so hang in there my fellow humans with neck pain.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The pillow is half the size of a regular pillow, so it is difficult to stay on it when turning in bed. However, it is extremely comfortable. If I were to buy another one, I would go for a queen size, or king size if available.

There is no ability to return our exchange, so I'm stuck with something I can't use. Measure twice, order once!

At first, this pillow seemed too hard to be comfortable. But my neck and back seemed to really like it and I have now been sleeping well on it for about a month. I'm a side sleeper and I would highly recommend this product.

I've been using a tempurpedic neck pillow for years and really can't sleep with a traditional pillow. I made the mistake of ordering the small and needed to order the next size up (hadn't measured my old pillow carefully enough) but once I got the right size, my neck was happy again. I need to replace them every 4-5 years because they lose their firmness, but I don't hesitate to do that because they make laying on my side or back very comfortable.

We would take our home Neck pillows with us in our camper van, but forgot them once, so I bought regular tempurpedic pillows to just leave in the van. After a couple of trips, I had to buy another set of Neck pillows because I had to have the bump! It just isn't the same to not have the neck contour, for either of us (he is a back sleeper and I'm a side). They new ones do feel a little less firm than our first purchase, but still great - love that bump - and don't have to remember to pack them!

We also have a Tempurpedic bed and with just normal pillows we were not as comfortable. The neck pillow really cradles the neck it's amazing. People have issues of it being "too firm" but this pillow is really for side sleeper who need neck support.

When I have a cold or headache, this pillow gives me therapeutic comfort and relief. Can't live without it!!

I have had an older Tempurpedic neck pillow for the last 7/8 years, so I was long overdue for new pillows. I loved my old ones, so I knew I wanted good quality pillows again. I like my new pillows. They are super comfortable, but there are a few caveats: The first issue: I took my measurements and ended up buying the wrong size pillows. I bought two of these, so now both pillows are the wrong size. I thought I was a medium, but I needed a large. This was not apparent until I slept on it a few times. In this case, they would not accept my pillow to be returned (which is understood, but still frustrating). The second issue: the material on the outside of the material cant keep a pillowcase in place. It's like they greased the outside of the pillow (joking)! Regardless, I go to bed with a standard cotton pillowcase on, and I wake up on the bare pillow. My solution - I bought fleece/flannel pillowcases, and that helped. But the pillows still slide out after excessive movement.
