[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I did not know I was unable to return this product until it had delivered to my door. Turns out this pillow has no cushioning it is extremely hard. And instead of contouring my neck I woke up with a very bad neck pain. I don't know how people like this pillow as it was terrible

I own a Temper Pedic pillow like the one I just purchased but it is 25-30 years old. That is why I bought another one, for my fishing camp. However, the first night I slept fitfully and ended up with a neck ache. I found it was much stiffer than the one I already owned and slept on for years. Using the hand press on this newer pillow, I found it did not slowly rise up with the hand press, In fact, it was so stiff it was much harder to actually press my hand into it at all. It certainly is not as soft and resilient as my older one. So I an stuck with it as you have told me that pillows are not returnable. I usually sleep, on my original pillow, with the higher round section under my neck but this pillow I had to turn it 180 degrees and place my head on the flat side and sleep. After a few days, I was able to sleep but I certainly won't purchase anything else. I don't know why you changed the formula for this pillow's foundation. It looks the same but does not sleep the same as your original. Sigh!

When I ordered our bed, I asked for two pillows. Representative did NOT tell me there are different sized pillows. She sent regular and it was too high for me and it hurt my neck. I called and very accommodating customer service rep offered me a courtesy exchange and sent me a smaller pillow and gave me free shipping to return the larger one. It all worked out well in the end. Just be sure to order the size pillow you think you'll need so you won't have to return a pillow.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wish it was a little softer and perhaps a little less extreme from 1 side to another (a middle size between the 2 would be more comfortable for me personally) but overall very sturdy and definitely helps my neck.

The firmness of these neck pillows are not what they used to be. The lack of support means I can't comfortably sleep on my side anymore, only my back, and at some point my shoulders/arm falls asleep when that never happened with previous versions of this pillow. My seven year old can use this pillow without me worrying it is too firm/high. Glad he can use it but I purchased it to give me firm neck support, not soft sinking neck support.

I absolutely LOVE this pillow. I have owned one for many years and as I use it for travel, I thought I would replace it with 2 new ones! It supports my neck so I never need to scrunch up a pillow in the middle of the night in order to be comfortable. It remains in place all night long, keeping my head and neck in perfect alignment. The firm, foam feels so good when I lie on it or move my head around. It's like a head massage! For the first night or two, it was almost too firm but by the 2nd and 3rd night it relaxed and is the most comfortable, best pillow I have ever owned. I go nowhere without it!

Ever since I've purchased my new neck pillow I have been able to sleep a lot faster. Before I use to struggle back and forth with getting my neck in the right position for me to go to sleep. Those struggles are long gone now! I can finally say GOODBYE to those insomnia nights, waking up out of nowhere because of an uncomfortable pillow. Thank you Tempur Pedic for my amazing pillow!

Have been using a Tempur pillow for years & decided to get a new one. They have changed their foam formulation and the new formula is much firmer, and is not comfortable for me at all. It is a shame because I love my old one, but cannot use the newer one. They also don't accept returns on pillows, so now I am stuck with 2 of them.

We purchased because we had one previously that was very comfortable. Did you change the material? We bought two based on liking the first one. BIG MISTAKE! Neither one of us can use these. Will never buy anything this expensive that cannot be returned.
