I have used this pillow for years. This pillow has been outstanding for both back and side sleeping. It has been a miracle for both my husband and I offering great support. My husband has sinus issues that are alleviated by keeping his head supported at a slight tilt. I have neck arthritis that requires proper support while sleeping. All other pillows I have used were not sturdy enough to properly support my neck during sleep. We have both been very happy with the quality of the neck pillow.

The positive is that they are available in the size I wanted. Unfortunately, I found this pillow to be too firm for me, and Tempur only take returns for mattresses. Perhaps the firmness works better for people heavier than me.

We are now on our second set of 2. These pillows have made all the difference in the world for my son's sleeping comfort. I would recommend them to anyone who has neck issues.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a side sleeper and I needed a pillow for side sleeping support. I thought this pillow would be the ticket. It does support the neck area, but the head part is very uncomfortable. I would prefer the head part to be more fluffy, like a cloud, then flat like cardboard. I found this very uncomfortable and also very disappointed that I can't return it for a different type. It's getting married without dating and the consumer loses.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had neck pain for about 6 months prior to purchasing this pillow. Figured it was arthritis. Thought hard about seeing my doctor about it. Purchased the pillow. And it wasn't an overnight fix but in a couple weeks my neck pain diminished. Now it is 90% gone. I'm figuring the last 10% will vanish soon. I love it!!! Takes a really short time to get used to it. Great purchase!!

However that being said I think I should have ordered the smaller one since it seems I only use a half of the pillow instead the whole thing. I was skeptical at first but since I've been sleeping on it, I sleep better than I ever had with any other pillow that I had. If your a stomach or back sleeper I don't think I would buy this but since I sleep on my side 95% of the time it suits me.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The pillow supports my neck very well. My only objection is that Tempurpedic is not selling the queen size pillow that I've used in the past. This one is standard size & I find it shorter which I'm not used to when I roll.
