[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had a neck injury and surgery recently and was having trouble sleeping comfortably. This pillow is wonderful. At first I wondered if it would be too firm but it is just perfect. I'm so happy with my purchase.

Better than most and average pillows. But even the high neck pillow (large) was a bit low for my neck. Just something to be mindful of. I would say it's 1.5-2 inches off for me, so sticking another pillow underneath it as a foundation should do the trick if you have the same issue. The pillow is a bit soft I would prefer a more dense (harder) memory foam that does not sink in as much as this disrupts neck neutrality-I believe that they used to make these pillows more dense/firm. But as I said this is correctable by raising the pillow by putting something underneath it (preferably also some other type of memory foam pillow rather than one stuffed with down feathers as it somewhat maintains its uniformity which is preferred as it is functioning as a base). The tempur-pedic neck pillow is not perfect but better than the other products that I have tried that are available on the market. Also the off-gassing smell can be a bit strong if this is something you're sensitive to. Personally it does not bother me, some may even enjoy it. 3.75/5

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had neck pain for about 6 months prior to purchasing this pillow. Figured it was arthritis. Thought hard about seeing my doctor about it. Purchased the pillow. And it wasn't an overnight fix but in a couple weeks my neck pain diminished. Now it is 90% gone. I'm figuring the last 10% will vanish soon. I love it!!! Takes a really short time to get used to it. Great purchase!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've never had a pillow that I considered HARD, but this one is like sleeping on a $100 contoured slab of concrete. In fact, even the dog won't use it, and she will sleep on just about anything! The shape is nice. It shipped in a timely manner, but I don't recommend this product.

Very much did not enjoy the pillow and it was much too firm. I was unable to return the product due to me opening the packaging and now don't know what to do with it. It was very painful as a side sleeper as there was not nearly enough support for my shoulder.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am more than pleased with my purchase! I hadn't been sleeping good at all I had such severe neck pain I was seeing the chiropractor twice a week. It took me a few nights to get use to sleeping with a different pillow but since I have my neck pain has been almost non existent and I sleep so soundly! I 100% recommend this pillow!

The pillow holds my neck and head. I don't have to keep searching for the spot that fits better on the pillow. Just one thing - if there is/are better descriptions to select the right size (S/M/L) on the web (without trying them in person at the store) before ordering it, that would be great. This time, I was not sure the size for me, then ordered both small and medium since it was on the Thanksgiving BOGO sale. The medium size fits better (maybe between M and S is the perfect), then I gave small size pillow to my teenage daughter for her Christmas gift. She loves it, too.

"Firm" does not accurately describe this product. It has NO give at all and does not even vaguely feel like a pillow. It is unusable but they do not accept returns for pillows, no matter how miserable it is. It is heavy enough to use as a doorstop though, so it's got that going for it. Which is nice.

Not only was the pillow too small - not the size I currently have - but the foam is different, and not as comfortable as the one I currently have. Read the fine print - the pillow is NOT returnable - so I have a pillow that I cannot use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was having a lot of issues feeling fully rested as well as experiencing aches on my neck and shoulders. I knew my pillows were just not cutting it. I bought this pillow in hopes that all the rave reviews were real and I can say, they're real! The aches are almost minimal to none! And I feel a lot more rested in the mornings. I didn't realize how much a good pillow could make the difference in your sleep.
