I needed a hard pillow but this pillow did not fit the shape of my neck, and only made things worse. Plus one cannot receive a refund, which is not advertised clearly on the website. I was extremely disappointed, and absolute do NOT recommend this product!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used several Tempur Neck Pillows over the past 25 years and have always been able to immediately sleep comfortably on my new pillow... Not This Time! I ordered a small pillow and it is so hard that I cannot sleep comfortably on it. I have even tried sitting on it every day for a couple of weeks in the hopes that it would soften but it hasn't and I'm extremely disappointed! I'm wondering if it's because it's so thin that it doesn't have much room to conform to your neck. All I know is this pillow does not match the quality of the previous three I have purchased in larger sizes.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Tempurpedic pillows are expensive, but I find them necessary for my neck to rest comfortably, as someone who has experienced cervical spine "issues." The pillow I have is years and years old, so I bit the bullet and ordered a new one. What arrived was smaller than expected, but I was reluctant to return it. Turns out it was perfect to take traveling. We did a driving vacation this summer, staying at several hotels along the way, and I got a good night sleep in each of them thanks to this pillow. Sooo worth it!

I already had temperpedic pillows I bought more because I like temperpedic. They are very comfortable. My only problem was the nasty smell. I could not use the pillow and called them about it. They told me to squeeze it !!!!!!! After a whole month the smell is getting better or may be I am getting used to it !!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After thoroughly measuring my neck to shoulder distance just as you suggest on your site, and having someone else doing it for me as well, how could this hump still be too large? The neck pillow which I have in medium causes my reflux to worsen and my neck to hurt. I really wanted it to work.

I purchased my third medium neck pillow, due to a neck injury, and found that it was soft, and not as supportive as my previous pillows, that were very therapeutic. Being very disappointed in the inconsistent quality of the pillow, I contacted customer service and was not offered a replacement pillow, and am unable to use the pillow.

This is it! I was given a free pillow with purchase of mattress and I chose the neck pillow. I was going through a very stressful period and the stress collected in my neck and shoulders. This pillow made all the difference. I never went back to a regular pillow and that was 15+ years ago. So my hubby started having neck pain and he wanted my pillow. I immediately ordered him is own neck pillow. It takes about two weeks to break it in and get use to it so don't give up on it. You will grow to love. My hubby has not went back to his regular pillow like he originally planned. He is hooked now. Just would like to suggest that Tempur-Pedic make it bigger like the original neck pillow.

I figured it was time to replace it, you can see where my head usually rests theres a dent in the pillow, and the cushion is not springy as much anymore, so it compresses down quite a bit. Anyway, since this is so old I didnt know what size I had, i thought there was only one size. But I come to the website and I see there are 3 sizes, small, medium and large. I figured well I'm an adult, so I got the large. When I received it, it was obviously very much larger than my old pillow. I did try it for like 1 night, but it was too large, I went back to my old pillow. I contacted support, and they took some time to get back to me, but they did offer me to get another pillow. I then ordered the medium pillow. I I received it, and it is not as large as the large, but it was still quite bigger than my old. I used it for several days, maybe a week or more hoping that it would settle in. But I eventually went again back to my old pillow. At this point, i found a deal on the small so I figured I'd get this one last try, and i received it and it feels a lot more like my old pillow. The curvature is a bit different, but its ok and I'm sure this one will settle in nicely. I can now throw my old pillow away, Note that the size small medium and large do not reference the length and width of the pillow. It references how tall the pillow is. Your neck will be up higher in a large. the small, medium and large pillows are all the same size length and width wise. The small version has served me well. I will give my medium and large ones to my mom and see if she wants them. thank you!
