[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very disappointed in my purchase of the Tempur-Neck pillow. I bought the tempur-neck pillow after sustaining a neck injury; however, it only augments my pain. The medium neck pillow is very small in a standard size pillow case. I also have two tempurpedic original pillows that are approximately 10 years old. The older pillows are much better quality than the new pillow I bought. Buying the neck pillow was a waste of money as I am unable to sleep using it.

I loved my old one and used it much longer than I probably should have, and finally decided I wanted to replace it. The new pillow is much harder than my old one but I had that one so long, (15 years) that I don't remember if it was hard in the beginning and got softer with time. for that reason, I am willing to give it a try for longer to see if it will soften up. The other feature I don't like is that the new pillow is narrower than my old one was, so when my head is properly positioned it is almost to the top edge of the pillow and doesn't feel the same. All things considered at this point I don't like it as well as my old one, but I will give it time yet to determine whether it is a good product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the best pillow I've ever owned! Before trying this neck pillow, I could not sleep well. My neck would always hurt and I would toss and turn all night long. I bought so many kinds, shapes and brands. After so many options and brands, I tested this one 12+ years ago and fell in love with it from the very beginning! A little pricey but it is a wonderful 5-year investment! I immediately bought one for my husband as he started stealing it from me. His is a medium; mine a small. We both love them and totally recommend it!

My first purchase of this product was at a Mall in Freehold, NJ years ago. I was very pleased with it. My most recent purchase of this product was online, and it doesn't seem to live up to the standard set by the first one. It doesn't seem as firm, but I would still recommend it.

I have been buying this pillow for the past 20 years. One every year. I recently bought 2 for my husband and myself and was so disappointed. They are both so soft and feel like there is nothing to them. Not like the older ones at all. I don't know what I'll do now.

I'm not sleeping on it yet, but it has been helpful for neck support while reading on my side in bed. And it's been a great neck support pillow for exercise sessions when I'm on my back on my yoga mat. So I'm not totally disappointed in buying it, and may eventually use it for sleeping once I adjust to it.

I have large shoulders, am a side sleeper and use two pillows routinely. The Tempur-pedic neck pillow solved a years long search. My old pillows were more than a decade old and were wearing out. I went though half a dozen (at least) pillows before coming across the Tempur-pedic. I nest my two pillows together and the fit for my shoulder is perfect. I can whole-heartedly recommend this pillow to any and all. Best pillows ever.

This pillow is hard and your head will not sink in like memory foam. I'm a side sleeper and my ear hurts when I tried this pillow. No returns or exchanges for a softer pillow allowed either. Also, the larger contour is too large and the smaller one is too small. All around poor design, and the pillow has not gotten any softer with regular use.

Life is better with this pillow. It may look like something strange but it has given me the deep sleep I have always wanted. THE BEST PILLOW. I also gave one to a friend of mine and he said it was a "life changing gift" and I don't deserve the credit, temperpedic does!
