I picked the largest available option and it is still significantly smaller in size than the previous model I bought which is ridiculous as it's like a also 4 inches less wide despite being the largest one they sell. It also seems to be more firm than the ones made in the past. It's reasons like this which are causing me to worry if I am to buy a new age tempurpedic mattress it's not going to be as good as the old ones.

It's not quite the right height for my side sleeping so I also purchased a medium for that. However, I still use it for both side and back sleeping since I switch back and forth throughout the night. It's super comfy but one con is that sometimes it does get kinda hot.

I've been having issues with my neck and getting headaches the small Tempur-pedic pillow fits my neck and supports it very well. It is cooling to the touch and I'm able to sleep through the night now without a headache I would definitely recommend this pillow to anyone who's looking to purchase it.

Once you get it into a spot where it feels like it's supporting your neck well, it doesn't budge or deflate over the night. Lovely for preventing migraines for me!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm a side sleeper and had been having neck pain every morning. I was desperate for a solution and the neck pillow was it for me! The contour supports my neck while I sleep and makes more space for my shoulder. It's very firm and doesn't smoosh down during the night. I mostly sleep on my side, but the pillow is also very comfortable for sleeping on my back. Don't get this pillow if you're a stomach sleeper. Definitely take the time to measure yourself so you get the correct size- I am 5'9" and needed a large based on the measurements.

Initially, I was highly optimistic and exciting use this expensive pillow because an article I read listed it as the #1 pillow for neck stiffness relief. I was really let down when I used it the first night because of how much it elevated my neck which was too much for my liking & it because of how stiff the pillow is. I really wish this would have worked for me. It now just sits at the edge of my bed. Good thing I didn't throw out my old pillow.

The neck pillow helps me in having a comfortable sleep. With this pillow, my neck sits comfortably on the arch. because it follows the contour of my head and neck while in a supine or side sleeper position I wake up without any stiffness or discomfort. Hotel pillows are not comfortable for me so I try my best to bring my neck pillow when I travel. I think I should get the large size next time. I have had a larger neck pillow from a different brand and that fits more comfortably.
