[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been a fan of the TEMPUR-Neck pillow since the last century (literally), travelling around the country with my pillow to use it at hotels, family visits, and overnight stays since I was in my 20s. Without this pillow, I have neck pain from the lack of support provided by regular pillows. I sleep on both my back and my side routinely, and it works for both positions. When my last TEMPUR-Neck pillow finally gave out, I ordered a new set online and was thrilled to find it is the same great product with a more sturdy cover. Highly recommend this product, even at full price. Worth every penny!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Well I have slept on a tempur-pedic pillow for the majority of my adult life. Recently I decided I should replace my pillow. I decided totry a different type of pillow. To my dismay I started having neck pains in the morning. I didn't feel rested. I decided it was caused by my pillow. I ordered a new tempu-neck pillow and guess what? The neck pain disappeared!

The quality of the product is excellent. I have severe neck issues and can only you this type of pillow. Overall the experience has been positive and I have been able to sleep better since purchasing this pillow. My condition is severe as mentioned earlier so it is hard to find a pillow that is perfect for my specific needs. This pillow has been an improvement over my previous one so in that regard I can say it is a good pillow. Is it perfect for me, not exactly but again my condition isn't the best. Overall I would recommend this pillow to those who suffer from neck pain while sleeping. It is firm enough but not to firm, it is actually quite comfortable compared to other pillows I've used.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The first few nights of using my tempur-neck pillow was great, but then it became uncomfortable and even caused headaches. The pillow angles down at the back and I believe that was the issue. I was really hoping this was the perfect pillow I'd been looking for to ease my neck pain, but unfortunately after a few nights I realized it wasn't.

I don't know what you have done with the formulation on your pillows and mattress toppers but it's not the same. It compresses like it's 10 years old, doesn't support my neck like they used to, and now I'm having to put another pillow under it so I get the support I need. Go back to the original formulation.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So, I love the pillows and have been using one for 15 years. Thought I would treat myself to a new one and ordered a medium. Unfortunately it's too thick and they don't take returns on anything but mattresses (used it two nights), so I have a pillow that hurts my neck. When ordering keep in mind that even if it hurts it's yours to enjoy. If your feeling lucky, order a pillow and maybe... just maybe you'll get the correct thickness.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This tempur pedic pillow is nothing like the original! There is something different in the material. It is much lighter and less compact and doesn't have that soft bounce that I was used to. It is very uncomfortable and gave me stiff neck the first night I used it! I'm very disappointed Tempur Pedic. I didn't mind paying over $100 back in the days, but now I feel like I just wasted my money. Bring back the original TP pillow!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been sleeping on the same pillow since 2001 when I got in a bad accident that left me having neck spasms and pain for years. I was 22. I literally have slept on the same pillow since then because it was the only pillow that prevent neck pain and I could sleep through the night. So, after 20 years I decided maybe I needed to buy a new one. I can say the one I had never lost it's shape but I thought maybe it had become dirty after all these years‍♀️ When the new one arrived I literally couldn't tell them apart. I'm glad the product has not changed and I am truly amazed by the quality. This will be the pillow i sleep with for life! Thanks Tempur-pedic

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pillow seems to be made well, but it's way too firm for my liking and the size did not match up with what I needed. So I have a hard pillow that puts my neck at an awkward angle and defeats the therapeutic purpose of the pillow. I would not recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I frequently experience neck and shoulder pain/tightness in the mornings if I didn't sleep a precise way, used new pillows, etc. I balked at the initial price of the tempurpedic pillow, but when I stumbled across a sale I gave it a try. It's not always as emotionally satisfying as falling into a large, fluffy pillow, and it doesn't allow you to sleep as many ways. However, it has helped immensely with the neck and shoulder pain. In my opinion after using it for over a month is worth the price and the somewhat less warm and fuzzy feeling of a large fluffy pillow.
