[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had XL Temperpedics years ago. When they eventually gave up I couldn't find replacements. Been through six different pillows before finally going back to Temperpedic. The large get lost on our king bed but they are the best sleep ever.

Unfortunately once we stayed elsewhere and woke up refreshed I realized these just do not work. Spent all that money. Avoid

I have been having chronic neck pain and regular pillows just don't work. I researched and decided to try this pillow, because it's ergonomically designed shape, the benefits of memory form, and availability of various sizes (so I can choose one that fits me the best!). So far it has worked great. It has really helped to alleviate my neck pain. I highly recommend it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Due to neck issues my doctor recommended that I sleep on a contour pillow. I purchased this same pillow 15 years ago. I decided that it was time to get a new one. I even bought two so I had one for my Camper. It has eliminated my neck problems while I sleep. Highly recommend it.

I have purchased this same pillow many times over the past 10+ years, and I replace it once it looses its firmness. This new pillow is too soft, in fact it's less firm than the one I was replacing. There was no choice indicated for a less or more firm pillow, so I thought this one was the same firmness as I purchased previously. I am disappointed.

I had one of these pillows before and I loved it. It also lasted a long time. The pillow I just ordered was VERY small and disappointing. The support is below average. I expected it to be the same size as a standard pillow...it is not! It drowns in an average pillow case.

He got BOGO On the wrong size (medium) and a quick online chat with Tempur-Pedic customer service allowed us to exchange the sealed unused one for the right size. So now we are both enjoying our improved sleep! I can't say enough great things about our amazing experience with both the product and company. 10/10 I believe everyone should deal directly with this company. Thank you Tempur-Pedic!

I have purchased this exact pillow for over 20 years, every couple of years. The pillow has changed so much as to be unrecognizable. It's lightweight and soft - nothing like the supportive foam of even 2 years ago. Will NEVER but again, and am now worried about replacing my 15 year old Temperpedic mattress.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased over two months ago and have been using nightly since. I predominantly fall asleep on my side and wake on my back. I am 5 ft 6 inches with bigger shoulders. Make sure you measure your shoulder as suggested in the product. This helped eliminate/reduce my neck pain and subsequent headaches. However it was quite firm bordering on hard and after a few months of use, the pillow is not as relieving or comfortable as it was initially. Also, the pillow is incredibly small and you will need a specific special pillow case for it. Our regular non-king size pillowcases are much too large.
