[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] In fact I've ordered all three sizes just so I find the correct support, that's how much I believe this is the best pillow for me! I have serious neck problems and arthritis, is important I get a good night restfull sleep with no neck pain during the night or in the morning or the rest of my day.

I lived with headaches until I found this pillow. It is the only pillow I can use. I've been using it for over 2 decades now! When one wears down eventually, I buy another one. I simply won't use anything else. I've tried a few imitations also (same style, different company), and they didn't compare. The TempurPedic medium neck pillow has changed my life! No more headaches.

They are too thick and hurt my neck. I called to return the one I did not open but was told pillows can never be returned because they are considered "too personal".

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Well I have slept on a tempur-pedic pillow for the majority of my adult life. Recently I decided I should replace my pillow. I decided totry a different type of pillow. To my dismay I started having neck pains in the morning. I didn't feel rested. I decided it was caused by my pillow. I ordered a new tempu-neck pillow and guess what? The neck pain disappeared!

I was very disappointed with this product. I had purchased this same pillow in the past actually three pillows last time was 3 or 4 years ago. I wanted to give this as a present to a couple friends. However when I received the pillows the density and consistency of the pillow wasn't the same as the ones that I have now. This pillows did not hold the shape that was necessary to support the neck. It is a real shame that they are not of the same quality since this pillow has been a great help for me. I had neck issues and since I have been using this pillow I don't have any pain. I try to reach somebody in the quality control but they didn't want to hear anything and the person that I spoke with was not receptive at all regarding me trying to help on having this product back to the way it used to be. It has been such a great change and help for me that I was trying to give my feedback to get it back to the way it used to be in order to help others. I used to recommend this pillow however now I can't. What a shame!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had been having neck back for months, and was working to train myself not to sleep on my stomach to avoid additional pain. This pillow helped me to sleep more on my back and side. It supported my neck and spine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have the small and large sizes of these. The large is a better size for us, but it is extremely firm. Sometimes my ear is sore when I wake up. However it does provide great support for side sleeping during pregnancy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had the small pillows for about 10 years. The previous products were a denser foam pillow, giving better support. As is the norm, things are being made cheaper so as to ensure the profits for the company. This too is the case here, as the pillows are noticeably lighter and the support is noticeably less. Still a better pillow that other manufactures, it pales in comparison to what Tempurdic once offered.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have bought Tempur-Pedic neck pillows for years and they have been wonderful. The last pillows I ordered are awful. They are so stiff that you have a hard time sleeping on them. I have been trying to break one in by sleeping on the little side (big side is too stiff), but pillow is still very hard. I would not recommend this pillow and my husband and I are so disappointed that we cannot use them, especially since they are not returnable.

After a reverse shoulder replacement which required wearing a sling and sleeping in a recliner chair for 4 weeks, I developed a pain in my neck. I went to a licensed Medical Message professional for treatment and she recommended a foam pillow. Since I had a Tempurpedic mattress, I investigated and found the sizing chart which is what I purchased. In conjunction with the medical message, the pillow has helped me maintain the muscle and tendon corrections that I have achieved, relieving the pain. I love the case that allows me to take my pillow with me when traveling.
