[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used this pillow at my aunt's and immediately was hooked. I have a reoccurring pinched nerve in my neck and this is the only pillow that helps. I ordered the largest size. I sleep on my back, side and stomach and am comfortable in all positions. I take this pillow everywhere with me. If I use any other pillow for even one night, my neck pain returns. Five stars. I'm a lifer.

The pillow had only been in my possession about 10 minutes at that point, but I was told that pillows could not be returned. I had seen the "90-Night Trial" guarantee that said, "If you don't love it in the first 90 nights, you can send it back"--but only after the fact saw that there is an asterisk there, and this does not include pillows. Caveat emptor!

I laid on them for less than an hr with a pillow case over the plasctic and they still would not return them Said they are a non waste company. Waste their customers money. How about you donate returns that make your clients medical conditions worse to homeless shelters and truly be a non waste company! Never do business with them again. complete rip off!

The Neck Pillow is helping me sleep better. I got into a motorcycle accident and went to therapy multi time and they recommend me to get a neck pillow. After 4 years the Neck Pillow help me sleep better without any pain on the neck since my neck was straight and not curve.

It took a night or two to get used to the pillow. I was pretty sure I hated it. Its one of those pillows you sleep on and you don't feel like you're sleeping on a cloud, but when you wake up in the morning you realize you slept through the full night and you didn't have to adjust or flip your pillow. I bought 2 and am glad I did. This one has not gone flat or soft like many other temperpedic pillows I have had in the past.

I was afraid I had made a mistake but over a short period of time it seems to have softened and I fall asleep on it almost immediately every night. I have a troublesome shoulder and this pillow fills in the gap between my neck and shoulder and takes the pressure off. Love it! Great purchase.

I have arthritis in my neck and shoulders so a Tempurpedic head pillow was worth trying out. My son helped me to measure the distances from shoulder to the top of neck and I ordered a pillow to match the measurements. Even in this summer weather, I cuddle up to the body pillow and rest my head and neck on the head pillow and easily fall asleep. I'm 94 years old and value the ease of falling asleep and staying asleep. If the occasion arises, I tell people how I'm managing a good sleep at my advanced age. I have owned a tempurpedic body pillow for several years and cuddle up to it in all sorts of weather. When my neck and shoulders pained me because of arthritis, I immediately thought of the Tempurpedic pillow. My son helped me do the measurements to ensure the correct size of pillow. I have been sleeping much better with my head and neck supported. Even in the warm weather of summer, the head pillow, covered with a cotton pillow case, is comfortable. In the winter, I can cuddle up to the body pillow and the neck pillow and sleep well.

This is it! I was given a free pillow with purchase of mattress and I chose the neck pillow. I was going through a very stressful period and the stress collected in my neck and shoulders. This pillow made all the difference. I never went back to a regular pillow and that was 15+ years ago. So my hubby started having neck pain and he wanted my pillow. I immediately ordered him is own neck pillow. It takes about two weeks to break it in and get use to it so don't give up on it. You will grow to love. My hubby has not went back to his regular pillow like he originally planned. He is hooked now. Just would like to suggest that Tempur-Pedic make it bigger like the original neck pillow.
