This pillow is literally like sleeping on a brick. Very, very, very hard pillow. I'll have to find a place to donate it to since they don't accept returns.

I've been sleeping with one of these pillows for 20 years. I used to have neck troubles occasionally. I have not had an issue in 20 years. Small size is best for back sleepers. You can go medium or large for side sleepers

I bought the memory foam pillow from tempurpedic many years ago, and it felt softer and more plush. However, the one that I’ve bought recently is so hard that it feels like rock. Can’t recommend it!

Despite being firm, I was still waking up with back pain and I was restless throughout the night. Within one week of using the pillow, the back pain disappeared. I have slept through the night every night since and now I even take it with me on vacation!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I ordered the Medium, after reading several reviews. It seemed most people my size were getting small or medium and happy with it. It seems too small. I have a King size bed & the pillow, as a medium, seems smaller than the standard size pillows. Also, the shape doesn't work for me. If it were uniform in size, I think I might like it better. I wish I could recommend, but I can't.

The shape of the neck pillow is a perfect fit to raise my head and keep it in that position! My shoulder has room and doesn't ache at all!! I feel blessed to have found this pillow!! I love my Tempurpedic neck pillow. My doctor had recommended I purchase one because I had so many issues with my neck. Needless to say, it was one of the best decisions of my life! My first two pillows were the small size and this time I bought a medium. When I first started using the medium size pillow, I felt it was much firmer than my smaller one and I wasn't sure I liked it. Now I don't notice the difference so much, and my neck is still very happy! I would highly recommend this pillow to anyone with neck Issues. It may take a little time getting used to it, but once you do, you'll never want to go back to a traditional pillow!

We've had a tempurpedic neck pillow forever and love it, but it was starting to deteriorate. After careful measurement we ordered two mediums. I don't even have words to describe how awful this new pillow is. It does NOT conform to your head/neck. Rather it's like sleeping on a rock. I'm beyond disappointed, having chosen to get the "real" deal rather than a knock-off for the quality. The company should offer other options than just "extra firm." Who would know that extra firm means rock solid! Waste of lots of money since you can't return them. Clearly, these are different than their old ones.
