But I woke up one morning with even worse pain than usual. I decided to try this neck pillow and was amazed at how my neck pain and stiffness disappeared within just a few nights of sleeping on this pillow. It is so supportive and comfortable. Our quality of sleep has improved greatly, due to the support that this pillow provides. Before our pillows were soft and fluffy or too firm and tall. Imagine the neck and back pain (ugh). I've tried tons of pillows but now the trial period has ended since I purchased the TempurPedic. When purchasing I loved that the company provided an option for height. This helped build support in my neck, alignment in my skin, and decreased pain overall. It worked for me! I hope it can work for you!!

I bought my mattress two months ago and I already feel a a hole even when I weigh 170 pounds. Had another tempur purchased back on early 90 that lasted me 20 plus years, but this one is another story. I was your best positive marketer sharing my experience, but now I'm going to start sharing the latest one

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was sleeping very comfortably on 24 inch contoured Tempur-Pedic pillow that was excellent for 15 to 20 yrs. I purchased the new contoured pillow which in my opinion was way to firm. Has resulted in a stiff neck. I did not know they made such a pillow. We have Tempur-Pedic mattresses for many years and they are great.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought a new Tempur Neck pillow to repace the one I have had for years. It is a little larger than the older one, but I like it even more! Same comfy sleep I have had before. It does sleep a bit warm, but using a second pillow case takes care of that for me. Getting buy one/get onw was a plus!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very disappointed! I used their recommended size by measuring neck to shoulder and went with small. I can tell you that I would at least need a large. Cannot return pillows, which they were clear about, but it was quite a lot to spend on pillows I can't use and was mislead on per their instructions. It would work for a toddler. I have had constant neck pain since using the pillow, I have since stopped and am back to my old unsupportive pillow (which is somehow better) while I searching for another brand.

She said just my Tempur-pedic neck support pillow. That praise enough for me so I bought one that I love. My sleep improved from Night One!

I've always been a back sleeper but I recently had neck surgery and was really having difficulty finding a pillow that would support my neck properly. I tried soft pillows, fluffy pillows, hard pillows, expensive memory foam pillows and none would do the job properly. I finally purchased the TEMPUR- neck pillow and found that it provides the support under my neck perfectly while providing a sense of softness. I don't use any other pillows at all now!

Originally my order was lost in mail and customer service was wonderful in getting replacement order out. However my emails and order was misleading as I honestly thought I had a trial period. Now I'm told I can't return these or get my money back. Do NOT order these unless you are confident you want an extremely firm pillow!!!
