[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have spent over $500 trying to find the perfect pillow. Seriously. I've tried the fancy ones that cost a lot of money. I even had one made special for me! While some were great, none got close to this pillow for me. I have always wanted a memory foam pillow that was FIRM. I hate soft memory foam. My head is large, and it'll flatten softer foam easily. This pillow checks that box, but it being a contour pillow is also CRUCIAL. In my search for the perfect pillow, I did find one that was super firm. Unfortunately, it was shaped like a regular pillow, and I woke up with super bad neck pain. Because my head is cradled with this pillow, my head gets to sleep on something that can support it, and my neck doesn't have to suffer as a consequence. This really is the mythical pillow I was searching for. If you have a big head, you need this pillow ASAP.

I purchased the curved neck pillow. I have had one for many years, was very happy with it and decided to purchase a new one. The new one had a HORRIBLE odor. I called the company. I was told to wash the cover and air out the pillow. I did this for 2 weeks. It still smelled terrible. Out of shear frustration I finally threw it out. I went back to using my original pillow. I was completely dissatisfied with the product.

Tempurpedic is the best pillow I have tried. This pillow offers so much support for my neck which helps me sleep better at night. I can't recommend it enough!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got a Tempurpedic pillow about 22 years ago who's my favorite pillow couldn't sleep anywhere without it getting old and I need a replacement it's a size large but it was a plush pillow and it's a neck pillow for some reason you guys no longer make those the only neck pillows you sell are firm and I bought 3 thinking they where the same much to my disappointment they aren't please start making them again really loved the original pillow

I bought one of these pillows in 2008 and absolutely loved it. Years late I need a new one. So I purchased this one and was very disappointed. The material is different and it doesnt feel the same. I measured myself to ensure the right size but it still seems very thick and hard. I was not happy with it and unfortunately cant return the product.

However, this time I ordered 2 and accidentally ordered small instead of medium. Opened one so obviously can't return, but the 2nd one is unopened, completely intact. Neither box nor plastic wrap has been tampered with. But, I cannot get an exchange. This is beyond frustrating as it is unopened! Will never order online again and may have to consider future purchases. Very unhappy.

i have been using this pillow for over 10 years. I needed to replace it and bought the same pillow as before but i found it to be softer than the previous one. I liked the density and stiffness of the old pillows. This one goes flat on me (i run very hot at night). I am disappointed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Replaced my tempurpedic neck pillow after many years of use. The new one is like a cinder block. So hard and uncomfortable. It's the same pillow. Clearly they have changed the material used to make it. I sent an email with photos to the comoany which was IGNORED. Absolutely no disclosure at the time of purchase, that they would not exchange or refund it. I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHUNG FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN. I also have two mattress from them. I love it, but when it's time to replace it, it will be a different brand.

Initially, I was highly optimistic and exciting use this expensive pillow because an article I read listed it as the #1 pillow for neck stiffness relief. I was really let down when I used it the first night because of how much it elevated my neck which was too much for my liking & it because of how stiff the pillow is. I really wish this would have worked for me. It now just sits at the edge of my bed. Good thing I didn't throw out my old pillow.
