After 18+ months of lower back disc related nerve issues, I was given immediate pain relief and sleeping comfort with my new TP contoured neck pillow. I once again started waking up refreshed and pain free. I couldn't believe it. Now I swear by...and travel with...my TP neck pillow!

Contacting customer service will get you nowhere. They will not help you, offer you a refund, or even a different type of pillow. They will literally ignore you and you are out $120+ on a subpar product. RUN from this company!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This helps my neck and shoulder. I sleep on my side mostly. I measured between sizes and they say to go with the smaller size. I went with the large anyway and think it's maybe a little big so I'll probably order a medium at some point.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The pillow was much firmer than the previous ones I have had, almost hard. It was also smaller in height than what I was expecting wish it was a little higher. I am getting used to it though and am sure it will be fine in the long run.

Recently, because I was chastised by my friend for having it so long and hadn't upgraded to a newer one. I knew it was hypoallergenic and wasn't worried at all. To appease her concern for me, I upgraded to your new neck pillow and have loved the experience! Since the new one had a different design,I was a bit sceptical, but was rewarded with the best pillow and sleep I've ever experienced. Thank you!

I own a Temper Pedic pillow like the one I just purchased but it is 25-30 years old. That is why I bought another one, for my fishing camp. However, the first night I slept fitfully and ended up with a neck ache. I found it was much stiffer than the one I already owned and slept on for years. Using the hand press on this newer pillow, I found it did not slowly rise up with the hand press, In fact, it was so stiff it was much harder to actually press my hand into it at all. It certainly is not as soft and resilient as my older one. So I an stuck with it as you have told me that pillows are not returnable. I usually sleep, on my original pillow, with the higher round section under my neck but this pillow I had to turn it 180 degrees and place my head on the flat side and sleep. After a few days, I was able to sleep but I certainly won't purchase anything else. I don't know why you changed the formula for this pillow's foundation. It looks the same but does not sleep the same as your original. Sigh!

I called one day after I received it and they said it would soften after a few sleeps. We slept with it four more times, but it was causing headaches and worse neck pain than not sleeping with the pillow. Very disappointed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I needed to sleep on my side because I snored laying on my back. But regular pillow, even stacked two high, did not give me the support I needed. So I purchased the TEMPUR-Neck Pillow. I put the tempur down first and on top of that a regular pillow and that extra support of the Tempur ended my morning neck aches.

When I woke up almost daily with a neck ache, I bought a contoured pillow and found it supported my neck and alleviated the pain. I graduated to a TEMPUR-Neck Pillow and was glad of it; it provided even more support. When my husband began having neck pain, I bought him one and, again, it did the trick. My only complaint is that even the large size, which I got for him, is terribly small in our pillowcases. I hope TEMPUR-pedic will consider making them a bit bigger (but not raising the price too much!).
