[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pillow is nothing like the original Tempur-pedic pillows that gave immediate comfort and support to the neck and that I used to recommend highly to friends. Now the Tempur-pedic pillow is hard and has no conforming squish. I made the suggested measurements and ordered the medium but the neck roll is way too large. There is nothing I can recommend for this pillow. I will not be able to sleep with it and will give it away to anybody that wants to try it.

I picked the largest available option and it is still significantly smaller in size than the previous model I bought which is ridiculous as it's like a also 4 inches less wide despite being the largest one they sell. It also seems to be more firm than the ones made in the past. It's reasons like this which are causing me to worry if I am to buy a new age tempurpedic mattress it's not going to be as good as the old ones.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my 4th Tempur-Neck Pillow. I have a bone spur in my neck spine bone, so I need to do spine traction. Using this pillow, it help to pull my neck spine so the tingling effect is reduced significantly.

I am a side sleeper so I thought I would order a side sleeper pillow this time anticipating that I would like it even more than the previous pillow which was not a side sleeper. I have found however that it is much too firm and that I am continuing to use the cloud pillow instead. I wish I could return this expensive pillow and just order another cloud pillow.

First night and every night thereafter my neck pain is gone! So very comfortable and effective. Quality.

But I woke up one morning with even worse pain than usual. I decided to try this neck pillow and was amazed at how my neck pain and stiffness disappeared within just a few nights of sleeping on this pillow. It is so supportive and comfortable. Highly recommend!

I tend to shuffle from side to side during sleep constantly need to move the pillow to the left or right. At this point I am not sure it was worth the price tag.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used several Tempur Neck Pillows over the past 25 years and have always been able to immediately sleep comfortably on my new pillow... Not This Time! I ordered a small pillow and it is so hard that I cannot sleep comfortably on it. I have even tried sitting on it every day for a couple of weeks in the hopes that it would soften but it hasn't and I'm extremely disappointed! I'm wondering if it's because it's so thin that it doesn't have much room to conform to your neck. All I know is this pillow does not match the quality of the previous three I have purchased in larger sizes.
