[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had big hopes for this product, but the high side is too large for under my neck and the small side is just flat, it isn't a soft small neck roll to place under my neck, sadly I am unable to use it. I am a big fan of Tempur-pedic products , I have two Tempur-pedic beds , but this pillow disappoints.

Recently, because I was chastised by my friend for having it so long and hadn't upgraded to a newer one. I knew it was hypoallergenic and wasn't worried at all. To appease her concern for me, I upgraded to your new neck pillow and have loved the experience! Since the new one had a different design,I was a bit sceptical, but was rewarded with the best pillow and sleep I've ever experienced. Thank you!

I have used this pillow for 10 years now and will never buy anything else. I just replaced it with a new one so the cost is definitely worth it. I never have any neck or shoulder pain because of this pillow. Plus, I find it super comfortable. It cradles my neck and shoulders perfectly. It is on the firmer side so keep that in mind if you like a softer pillow. I don't like a soft pillow where your head sinks into it. I like to rest my head on top of the pillow and have it retain its shape. This pillow does that perfectly. It's great for both side and back positions. I love everything about it!

Honestly, I can't really use the pillow because I always end up moving off of it in my sleep and waking up in a weird position with even more neck pain. Not necessarily a design flaw, but that has been my experience.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The first few nights of using my tempur-neck pillow was great, but then it became uncomfortable and even caused headaches. The pillow angles down at the back and I believe that was the issue. I was really hoping this was the perfect pillow I'd been looking for to ease my neck pain, but unfortunately after a few nights I realized it wasn't.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pillow is no longer made the same way. I just recently bought 2 neck pillows - 1 medium for me and 1 large for my partner. The medium one does not support my neck. It is too soft and sort of fluffy right out of the packaging. I immediately called the company and was told it was not returnable. I tried to explain that the pillow is too soft even in its packaging and that it was just delivered to my home. I even explained that on the website it says it is firm which it is not. However, the large neck pillow is still much firmer than the medium. Previously they were both firm just different sizes for your neck. I am sorely disappointed in this company for changing the product and not disclosing it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love these pillows for relieving neck and back pain. The small is actually smaller than I'd expect but it does still work for me. I was having back and neck pain every night before deciding to buy these and they were definitely worth it. I have shoulder pain from an ac joint separation and the pain extends to my neck sometimes so I'm glad that this helps lessen the pain, I'm going to have surgery but for the meantime this makes it a little easier

It has started causing me neck and shoulder pain so I have to stop using it. In addition there is no return policy and i basically threw money down the drain. If I could leave 0 stars I would.

He finally wakes up without any shoulder pain! Definitely recommend this pillow in the large for the big guys in your life

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] this is the most comfortable pillow i have ever slept on. I am mostly a side sleeper and had trouble in the past finding a pillow that was firm enough to support my neck, yet would hold my head in the right position. This pillow does both. Best pillow ever, i would recommend to anyone who has trouble with their neck or shoulder. If you sleep on your back or side give this one a try, you will be glad you did.
