I really wanted this to work for my neck pain, but it's like laying on a rock. Definitely not working for me. I'm stuck with the one I bought and the one I got for free. Expensive mistake.

I usually love tempurpedic firmness, but this left me with headaches after everytime I tried to use it. Even though I measured and went by their guidelines, the height didn't feel right. Wish I could return it.

When I sleep on my back, this pillow is comfortable just didn't notice different sizes. When I made the order. I feel that a medium would have fit me better but great quality.

Hard memory foam. Very firm and hurts my head. But now I'm stuck with this pillow because I can't return it.

Pillow is too firm. I have one from when they first came out that was worn out. I git a new one and found they were much softer back then.

It's so firm so I was intimidated at first but I woke with no pain. I use a size medium because I'm only 5'6” 130lbs . This large I got for my son.

It has helped my occipital neuralgia symptoms and it gives my neck proper alignment while I sleep. Love it!!!!

I've been sleeping with one of these pillows for 20 years. I used to have neck troubles occasionally. I have not had an issue in 20 years. Small size is best for back sleepers. You can go medium or large for side sleepers
