They work well and support well but this pillow us much harder than my previous Tempur neck pillow. If you like a firmer pillow then this is for you. I like something with a more give to it. I use it every few nights and it has helped with neck paid but I can't use it every night.

I had this product for a couple nights and each morning I woke up with neck pain. The height is too much and causes a major unbalance between the neck and back. It actually caused more discomfort as I had pain down the shoulder as well. This is not a pillow I would recommend.

My neck pain has been reduced substanstially due to my use of the TEMPUR-Neck Pillow! I love how it supports my neck so comfortably.

This pillow was so uncomfortable! I sleep with a CPap and thought it would help. I can not even use it for 30 minutes😔

Pillow is very uncomfortable because of the shape. Not sure how this could be helpful to people with neck problems. I found it extremely uncomfortable and am now stuck with a pillow I can't return. Wish I hadn't purchased.

My neck problems avoid sleeping well and every morning waking up with more pain. This pillow helps a lot . I have now a better sleep, not turning the whole night and less sensitive neck in the morning.I can not skeep withouts this pillow anymore!
