[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The pillow is great, I am a back sleeper and its great to finally find a pillow that feels comfortable to sleep on, my only complain is that the pillow is to small and to short, I can easily deal with the shortness by placing a thinner pillow underneath it.

I have used this pillow style for 20+ years. Use it for back and side sleeping. Always find a side each night that works, sometimes flipping it over to find a comfortable side. Travel with it everywhere. Left my pillow with my brother after he tried it while I was visiting him. Now ordering my 5th pillow to replaced mine!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this pillow because I would sometimes wake up with a stiff neck that would take days to go away. After getting this pillow I haven't woken up yet with any soreness in my neck at all. The pillow is very firm and feels uncomfortable at first, but I got used to it. I used the size chart and it said I should get a medium, but I think that size might actually be too large for me. So I turned the pillow around and use the small end instead. The small size pillow probably would have been a better fit.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the tempurpedic neck pillow. But full warning*** I am 4'2, petite so I bought the small neck-pillow. However, it is WAY too small. I am never going to use and they don't even accept returns. Maybe I have a faulty one? Because the thing is totally flat. The medium, however, is great.

I do use a flat pillow underneath this one to hold my head up more but that's the only downfall. I love my new set up and my back has felt much better since using this pillow!

IF I CAN GIVE IT 0 STARS, I WOULD! We got the bundle for the neck pillow because we thought it was great and we were so excited to try it. It specifically says it's will support your head and neck when you sleep on your back or side. IT WILL NOT. We gave it 2 months to get use to it. But up until now we woke up with massive neck pain, stiff neck and head ache using these pillows. So not worth it! Cannot even return it! HUGE WASTE OF MONEY!!!

I have degenerative disc problems in 4 discs in my neck, this has progressed to the point that my spinal cord is compressed in 2 places. I am having disc replacement surgery soon All these problems resulted in migraine like headaches, and severe pain in my neck and radiating down my arms to my hands. I have tried many different pillows, including My Pillow (waste of money), other memory foam and fillings, none helped until this Tempur-Pedic neck pillow, such a huge difference. My only complaint is that all the pillow cases are way too big. I would suggest that Tempur-pedic make pillow cases to fit the neck pillows. They are close enough in dimensions, that one size could fit the small, medium and large sizes. Overall, I highly recommend this pillow!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I ordered the small tempur neck pillows and to my surprise, it was smaller than expected as it didn't even fit standard pillow cases. The pillow feels flimsy when touching it with my hands but firm against my head. Overall, the product wasn't how I remember it to be compared to my previous tempur neck pillow.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought two; one to replace an old one that my wife has had for many years and the other one for my mother in law. After we received them, we noticed how the old pillow has gone through wear and tear through out all this years. Everyone slept on their new pillows and I ended with the old pillow. I had a good night sleep and now I want a new pillow so that I can have a great night sleep.

I have been using this pillow in medium for a little over one month now due to a lot of neck pain. My neck pain is still working its way out, but it has improved and my sleep posture has improved because of this pillow. My only complaint is that I can't use a regular pillowcase with it, but I manage. It's worth every penny to alleviate my neck pain considerably.
