[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've had the original Rhapsody and then the 2nd generation Rhapsody Breeze. Now we have the Tempur ProAdapt. I am not sponsored by Tempur-pedic, but I just simply cannot get away from their products! The TEMPUR-Neck Pillow has been in their line up over the past few generations and it has only gotten better and better. In fact, even my 5 yr old Yellow Lab LOVES it and is always on it. It is the only pillow that provides support. I'm happy to say every bedroom in our house has a set now. It is the perfect compliment to their Firmer mattress lines. If you summer from any sort of neck pains and are a back sleeper or side sleeper this is 1000% the pillow for you. Or if you own Labradors :)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Was having such problems with upper neck and trap pain every night , bought this pillow and although it was an odd comfort adjustment for about a week I have grown to Absolutley love it! It works amazing, I have had no more pain and can't sleep without it now! Totally worth the money!

I purchased two of these pillows to replace the exact same pillow that I purchased several years ago. The difference between the older version and the newer version is stark. While the pillow is described on the website as "firm" (and my original pillow was firm) the new version is squishy like a sponge and provides little to no support. Don't even try to sleep on your side or you will wake up with a terrible crook in your neck and/or a sore shoulder. And written in the small print is that this pillow cannot be returned, even if you believe the material is defective because it is soooo soft. Tempurpedic charges in incredible amount of money for a terrible product...buyer beware...this pillow is NOT firm and provides no support for your neck.

I have always used this pillow for a long time. But this is the first time I ordered it online. The measurement information made me think that a medium is what I needed. But after I got it, I realized that it was a small that I always bought. So I'm hoping it will soften up and fit me a little better. It's a little too high for my neck. But it's better than what I was using. I love this pillow so I may just need to buy another one in small. The support for your neck is great.

I have been using Tempurpedic small neck pillows for many years now. It is just the right size for a small person, and it keeps me from having neck problems. Recently, Tempurpedic had a promotion - buy 1 pillow and get the 2nd one free. Since I was in need of a new pillow, I placed an order. The 2 pillows arrived quickly, but I was a little disappointed in the firmness of the pillows. They are a little softer than I would have liked. I needed some for a second bedroom so I put them there. I love these pillows, but I never know how firm they will be when I get them. I like my pillow to be a bit firmer when I first get it because it will break down over time. I wish there was more consistency in these pillows so I could be assured of getting a firmer pillow, which is what I expected to get.

Despite the picture and description of the neck pillow, the one you now carry is under-sized -- it swims inside a pillow case. I don't get why it's not a standard pillow size, like the one I bought years ago. And even though I ordered a small, the roll is too high for my neck and way, way to stiff. I wish you still carried the original neck pillow in size and "give" to cradle the neck.

I purchased this pillow based on recommendations that it was a good neck supporting pillow. This pillow is too shallow and does not truly conform to the neck as advertised. I have had worse neck and shoulder pain as a result of using this pillow. This pillow also has a strong and unpleasant chemical odor which hinders a good night sleep, using Fabreeze helps to mask the odor. The pillow is over-priced based on my experience and worst of all Tempur-Pedic will not allow returns on pillows.

This neck pillow in queen size has been my go-to pillow for over a decade. Prior to that, I used a standard Tempur-pedic pillow. I am a side sleeper, and this one accommodates my motions through the night. It's become harder to find the queen size version. I once bought a standard size, and it wasn't wide enough. I would find I had to move my pillow whenever I turned in bed. Queen is perfect for me. My only complaint with this particular purchase was that there was an offer to receive a free pillow cover with the purchase of the pillow. I never did receive the cover though. Also, I would like to try out a version that was perhaps one inch higher. I think that might be better for my neck and sleep apnea. When I have a new, fresh, still high and firm pillow, I have no problem with sleep apnea. Also, my husband who does not have sleep apnea would benefit from a higher pillow. He also uses Tempur-pedic, but has to pile a couple of other pillow on along with a rolled towel to reach the most comfortable alignment for his back.

I am a taller guy and ended up buying the large size. After sleeping on this pillow for several days, I started waking up with sharp neck pain in the middle of the night. I just had to buy a size down (medium) because I could feel the large was too large.
