I went into store to specifically get measured so I could purchase correct size. Clerk did not know of how to measure. After I referred her to website a measurement was attempted. Although I laid down for a moment at the store, after I tried it first night, after just a few minutes, I could not continue due to pain in my neck. My pillow was also way too firm (unlike the sample pillow I tried at store>) so now, I am told it is not returnable. I would happily settle for exchange for smaller size, but according to chat help, that is not possible. Now I am out a lot for a very expensive pillow. Never deal with TempurPedic. VERY poor customer service. Who doesn't allow at least a 10 day return? No such thing as full support for their Product. I would have given ZERO stars if possible. So disappointed.

I have neck and back problems and ordered this pillow to help with these issues. The pillow was rated for back and slide sleepers (I am a side sleeper) and made my ears hurt when I slept on my sides. The pillow also caused me to have more frequent headaches than my previous pillow. I did try to sleep on my back a number of times to give this pillow a fighting chance of living up to the hype, but I just could never get comfortable enough to stay asleep on my back. I would wake up on my side with my ear in excruciating pain. My stupidity that I did not read the return policy before purchasing.

I loved this pillow for the first 3 to 5 days. I slept great! After that, my pillow flattened and provided no head and neck support. Also, I purchased the full size or the standard pillow but it was very small, compared to my regular standard pillow I'd have to say this neck pillow was more like a travel size pillow. I do not recommend this product.

Got my queen size neck pillow about three months ago, and I take it everywhere I go. My wife has one also. Wish we had some kind of carry bag to make packing up in the car easier. My only problem with it is that the pillow cases are expensive and hard to find.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i love everything about it - the support it gives when sleeping on back or side through shape and pleasant consistency of the foam, the washability of it's cover and that it is long lasting. i bought the first tempur pedic pillow years ago and slowly acquired a few more in different sizes and shapes for each family member who are very happy with them, too.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had the pleasure of sleeping on a tempur pedic neck pillow while away on vacation where I was staying. I slept so well, I investigated further and had to order a pillow upon my return home for the same bliss full sleep going forward. I did agree with everyone from the reviews that the odor the pillow emits in the first week or so was not pleasant, but it does go away eventually. I sleep so well and have no neck stiffness or pain since this pillow cradles your neck for such a comfortable rest.

I purchased a neck pillow using the sizing chart on the website which can be somewhat confusing. Even though the pillow is not cheap I decided to make the investment. When I received it, I knew it was too thick even before I removed the packaging. These pillows are not returnable under any circumstances. So I tried to make it work only to suffer intense neck pain as a result. I called customer service to see if it was possible for me to pay for smaller pillow at the bundling offer which is now offered since I am winding up with 2 pillows anyway. The customer service supervisor refused to assist me at all and and gave me only 2 options: Buy a second properly sized pillow at the new higher price and throw the the first one away at my loss or bring my business some where else. I like their products and will be needing 3 new mattresses in the near future but not after this. (BUYER BEWARE)

I purchased two of these pillows to replace the exact same pillow that I purchased several years ago. The difference between the older version and the newer version is stark. While the pillow is described on the website as "firm" (and my original pillow was firm) the new version is squishy like a sponge and provides little to no support. Don't even try to sleep on your side or you will wake up with a terrible crook in your neck and/or a sore shoulder. And written in the small print is that this pillow cannot be returned, even if you believe the material is defective because it is soooo soft. Tempurpedic charges in incredible amount of money for a terrible product...buyer beware...this pillow is NOT firm and provides no support for your neck.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Oh my gosh... the neck pillow is great. My wife and I used to have only 1 neck pillow, and I always found it to be awesome, but just a bit small. Then, I bought a large size one (apparently we only used to have a small one). It is just wonderful. It's perfect for a 6'2" man (me). I sleep great and would recommend this to any side sleeper.

overwhelmingly disappointed with my two neck pillow purchases, I can't believe I can't return these. the memory foam material has changed in density. the pillows from 10 years ago were hard as a rock when they were cold, but then took the shape of your head and neck in response to your body temperature. yes, the old neck pillows took some breaking in but they were super heavy, dense, and reacted to temperature like true memory foam. The new pillows are not temperature sensitive and are just springy foam. They do not conform to your neck in reaction to temperature like the old pillows. if you were looking for the old neck pillows from the mid 2000s do not buy these. zero stars. this is the quality I would expect from an as seen on TV generic memory foam pillow,
