I have been using the Tempur-Pedic neck pillows for several years. Usually, they are great. Recently, I recently ordered a new neck pillow as a replacement. Unfortunately, it weeks later and there is still an odor emanating from the pillow causing me to no longer use it. It's a waste!

So I went to youtube to see if I was using it wrong, yes I was so I coreected how I was using it. I did not encounter pain, but I did not enjoy the pillow, so I removed them from my bed, packed them back up in the container they came in, stuck with expensive pillows I don't want:(

I'm a side sleeper and was hoping this would be a good fit for me. I'm 6' 1", big guy, and bought the largest size. It just wasn't comfortable at all when sleeping on my side. It didn't cradle my head properly. But when laying on my back, it is really nice. I went with contour side to side for side sleeping, and this pillow I use for watching TV.

I've tried other brands and they weren't as comfortable. I I always wait longer than I should to replace mine so when I buy a new one they always feel 'to hard' the first week or two and then they are perfect.

Oh that got your attention? I was wrestling with my five and three year old boys on the floor and thought it would be funny to tackle my wife from behind. Instead of falling forward like a normal human being, she forcefully sat backwards, jamming my skull through spine and into my feet. I was in pain for weeks and was about to go see a chiropractor until my bro in law told me to buy this pillow. I'm not saying this pillow is a miracle worker, but going from weeks of pain and then no pain the first night I slept on it, seems like that might not be a coincidence.
