Have had sleepless nights because I feel like I am sleeping on a rock - there is no give. I'm hoping the pillow will soften a little and I will accommodate to it. What is curious is that I have purchased the neck pillow before and loved it, that is why I purchased again. Wondering if they changed something in manufacturing. I also have purchased many Temperpedic products and have loved them all.

I use to wakeup most morning with a headache. I have had my Tempur-pedic neck pillow now for fifteen years and have not been troubled with headaches since. I was hoping by now, however, that pillow cases were made to fit them. I had regular cases altered to fit, but would like to purchase some ready made to avoid having alterations done on regular size cases. I plan to make another purchase for the same type pillow in a different size. I can't say enough praise for this pillow. I am sold and will never go back to a regular pillow again. My, what a restful sleep I have had for 15 years. There is not one thing I can comment in the negative.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got these pillows at the advice of my chiropractor. They have completely changed the quality of my sleep for the better. I have had zero neck pain since buying this pillow. Be aware, however, that they do take a little getting used to at first if you're not accustomed to these kinds of pillows.

I purchased two of these pillows to replace the exact same pillow that I purchased several years ago. The difference between the older version and the newer version is stark. While the pillow is described on the website as "firm" (and my original pillow was firm) the new version is squishy like a sponge and provides little to no support. Don't even try to sleep on your side or you will wake up with a terrible crook in your neck and/or a sore shoulder. And written in the small print is that this pillow cannot be returned, even if you believe the material is defective because it is soooo soft. Tempurpedic charges in incredible amount of money for a terrible product...buyer beware...this pillow is NOT firm and provides no support for your neck.

I have degenerative arthritis in my neck and spine with three bulging neck discs and fibromyalgia, and I bought my first TEMPUR-PEDIC neck pillow around 1998. DJD has of course worsened to the point orthopedic surgeon highly suggested discs surgery. The neck pillow I had had gotten too soft so I purchased another one and I'm telling you between the new pillow to assist in greater alignment, and putting some other practical daily habits into practice, my neck and back pain totally subsided and I decided to NOT go forward with surgery and I have not regretted it! That decision was about two years ago, and all I can say is, I may at some point in time have to have the surgery, but I am just so thankful I gave it a try before having such an extensive surgery. I can't say there is anything that I don't love and appreciate about it! I am a back and side sleeper, and it keeps my neck, shoulders, and back in proper body alignment and full comfort!

This pillow is like a rock. Unfortunately I got two and they would not take either one back , even though ine was still in the original shipping box and had never been opened. Also interesting that I wrote an earlier review with this same comment that was never posted.

I don't have chronic pain, but I did hold a lot of stress in my neck. Since I started using this pillow, my neck has been virtually pain free. I can't even sleep on another pillow anymore. I have added the travel pillow and a king sized neck pillow to my collection, and I can't imagine my life without them!

I've been buying this pillow for 15 years. I buy a new one every five not because it's worn, but because I think I should. I have a very bad low cervical disk dysplasia. I cannot sleep on any other pillow without neck pain the next day. And, if my neck is sore, this pillow helps to relieve the pain. I travel every where with the pillow. It's not made full size anymore so I have to retrofit my pillow cases. I do miss the full size pillow for my bed at home. I have and will continue to recommend this pillow to anyone who suffers from neck issues. I adore it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The problem I have is during the night my pillow case gets all bunched up and I have to re-fit it to be comfortable. I have tried 3 pillow cases. It is a narrow and smaller pillow than normal so it is hard to accommodate a fitting pillow case.
