I would only recommend this to back sleepers. We ordered two neck pillows along with our mattress, I don't know what my husband was thinking because I am a stomach sleeper. This absolutely doesn't work on your stomach, you feel like you are choking yourself. It is also too low for sleeping on your side. Basically if you get this pillow you are stuck sleeping on your back. I only use this when I'm taking a nap and don't mind sleeping on my back for an hour. It is very comfortable it doesn't give you a sore spot on the back of your head and it keeps your neck nice and straight, but if you don't like being stuck on your back don't fool yourself.

I've had to fight my alley cat for my turn on it at night, as she's taken to using it as her bed during the day while I'm at work! While I'm not a fan of this, this is a cat who has denied every comfortable bed I've purchased for her and would rather sleep in an empty cardboard box! So, must be one great pillow to earn her approval! My cat's preferences aside, I'm in love! I was hesitant to make this purchase because of the cost, but do not regret my decision! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have 3 bulgings discs in my neck and was having severe neck pain every morning until I switched to my beloved Tempurpedic pillow. It's firm and supportive and works well for stomach and side sleepers. The only reason I am giving it 4 stars is because the size is really odd. I ordered Large according to the size chart and while the pillow thickness is fine it's much smaller than a standard size sham which looks odd when all my pillows are together. I wish it was a standard size pillow...but it's definitely 5 stars in the comfort department!

I have tried a dozen other memory foam contour pillows. Most work for a little while, then go flat and lose their support. But OMG, this is the hardest memory foam pillow I have used and I have the worst nights sleep since trying to use this one. I'm a side sleeper and this hurts my ears, I wake up with headaches and numbness in my arms/shoulders. I also ordered a large which compared to the other brands makes this look like an extra small. Not a big fan for what it costs and now am stuck with a decorative pillow. Maybe the dogs will like it.

This has helped reduce headaches when waking up and I'm thankful for that! The pillows do have an interesting smell to them, I'm guessing it's the material they're made out of; I'm sure it'll fade over time.

Was so excited about this pillow until it started giving me more neck and shoulder pains. I realized this pillow wasn't big enough for my size. I'm 6'1 with wide shoulders and I bought the Large size. And pillows are non returnable according to the policy

I struggled to get a good night's sleep turning this way and tha . I purchased many different pillows, wadding up small ones to support my neck, neck roll pillows, and ones that used different stuffings. After much searching, I found a kinesiologist who recommended using Tempurpedic products. What a godsend. I sleep like a baby now and no longer have headaches. My Tempurpedic pillow is a godsend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Years ago I bought a tempurpedic pillow at my chiropractor's office. She recommended it for my neck. I had it for years but decided to invest in a new one this year. I order the large original neck pillow and was very disappointed when I received it. It was very short in length, about 6-8 inches shorter than my original pillow. I have a King bed with king sized pillows. Not sure why a large would not also be longer in length. If you like a nice looking made bed, it's difficult with these strange sized pillow. I also tried to returns these when I opened the box and saw how small it was. Be warned there are no returns even for unused products. Buy from a retailer, not direct in case you change your mind.
