The Large contoured pillow supports my neck and allows me to sleep soundly all night. No more tossing or pillow plumping to get comfortable sleeping on my side wearing a CPAP. Changed my life!!

I have been sleeping on the the Tempur Neck Pillow for over 20 yrs. I reorder them about ever 2 yrs but recently (the last 4 yrs) the new pillows I have received are not firm enough, not like they use to make them and they collapse under the weight of your head. The smell has gotten far worst as well. I would air the pillows out for a few days before using. Now, I have had to air them out weeks before I can use them. I find that it may be time to start looking for another pillow. This saddens me because, like I said, I have been sleeping on the Tempur Neck pillow for over 2 decades. I wish they would go back to the firmer pillow that actually supports your neck and that smelled less offensive. Very disappointed.

I bought this to replace one I purchased a number of years ago. I loved that one but felt it was losing its density. They must make them differently now because when I lay on my side, my ear and side of my face feel like they are against a rock. I kept using it because I do like the neck support when I'm laying on my back and was hoping it would "break in". It's been a month and it's a little better, though still uncomfortable.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use this as my primary pillow. I bought this pillow to help combat neck and shoulder pain that did not seem to go away. This pillow has helped to eliminate my neck and should pain. It has a great shape that helps support your neck and improve your sleeping posture. I liked it so much I bought one for my wife. My only and very small complaint is that the pillow is slightly to hard and I would prefer it to be a little softer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My tempurpedic mattress is now 17 years old and I would love a new one, but alas can't afford it. The original investment in this mattress - the only expensive piece of furniture I own b/c sleep is SO important, was the best I ever made! I have been able to rest in spite all the arthritic joints in this bed like none other, and it's SUCH a delight to feel comfortable in bed!! I just LOVE it. I don't even like to travel anymore b/c I'm not abLe to sleep in other beds any longer. I tell everyone I know to get a tempur bed! I recently acquired a new tempurpedic pillow of a different format from my old one and I love this too :-)

I bought a neck pillow because I have a lot of neck problems from my desk job and just having a bad posture. I would say that the pillow is very good quality but unfortunately it hasn't helped me completely with neck support. I think the mattress and my sleeping position are also playing into my problems. I only rate the pillow as 4 star because I have experienced better neck pillows in the past.

Mine certainly was and it made for miserable sleeping conditions. I decided I needed a pillow that actually supports the neck, instead of scrunching it up in other pillows. I made the switch to the TEMPUR-Neck Pillow and my neck has never felt better and I'm sleeping soundly at night - well, when the bulldog is not snoring anyway!

I had got this pillow for my husband as he was experiencing neck pain. This pillow made it worse so I decided to get an exchange for him. I called them and they stated the pillow is non refundable and non exchangeable. WASTE OF MONEY AND OF PILLOW!!! I can't even get him a better pillow from them. The pillow will just be laying around. Def will not recommend tempurdic to anyone!!

I HAVE BEEN USING A TEMPUR-PEDIC NECK PILLOW FOR YEARS AT HOME AND IN THE CAMPER. THIS PAST YEAR MY CAMPER WAS DESTROYED INTHE HURRICANE ON JULY 4TH. IT WAS TURNED OVER AND FLOODED. OVIOUSLY MY TEMPUR-PEDIC PILLOW WAS DESTROYED. WE GOT A NEW CAMPER IN AUGUST AND I TOOK MY PILLOW FROM HOME AND PUT IT IN THE CAMPER AND ORDERED A KING SIZE TEMPUR-PEDIC NECK PILLOW FOR HOME. FOR MY REVIEW THAT I WROTE TEMPUR-PEDIC SENT ME ANOTHER PILLOW OF MY CHOICE. WE GOT ANOTHER KING SIZE TEMPUR-PEDIC NECK PILLOW AND MY WIFE HAS BEEN USING IT EVER SINCE. SHE LOVE IT. I was so excited about getting this pillow to help support my neck. Unfortunately it did not work for me. It is an extremely firm pillow...like no give at all. Maybe that would have been okay if the size was right. According to Tempur Pedic's size chart my measurements fell right in the middle of the medium size. So I ordered a medium. When I lay on the pillow the hump is so high and long that my chin is touching my chest. So disappointing that I am now stuck with a hard pillow that doesn't fit me.
