We purchased a tempurpedic cloud supreme mattress back in October, with very minimal odor. I was very disappointed when I received my new pillow today. The odor is very strong. I have very bad allergies and this is compounding the problem. I can't believe this is the norm for this pillow. What a mistake to purchase. Now I'm stuck with a very stinky pillow

I was introduced by friends after they heard me complaining that I always having neck and back pain. At first, I just tried out their pillows first, after seeing my neck pain has gotten better after a few days of using it. I then decided switching my mattress to Tempur-Pedic as well. My husband and I are on cloud9 every night ever since using their pillows and mattress.

I purchased a Tempur-pedic neck pillow based upon the website and answered the questionnaire fully. Upon receipt of the pillow, I discovered that it was not a good fit and was causing problems with my neck. I contacted the company to find out about a replacement only to find out they do not have a guarantee on any pillows. Be sure you notice this before purchasing from Tempur-pedic

If there was a option for me to give 0 star I would. I just received my pillows about half and hour ago. Right away I noticed my neck pillow is small in size. I ordered a size large on the website but somehow page didn't refresh or whatever, and it is stayed as medium and way too firm. I was very excited about the pillow as it was a gift for someone with neck pain. Called customer service, and told them that i need a size bigger but they wouldn't do it. Apparently it's considered used when it is delivered and it was delivered earlier this afternoon. Did not even use it. Still in the box wrapped in plastic. What a horrible policy and customer service. Explained the situation to a representative and a supervisor, they basically told me i am stuck with it or donate it. Supervisor also hung up. I am sure their other product may be good. But policy like this bad and customer service like this, i would not recommend this company.

Pillow has good support but it would be nice if I was able to exchange it for the right size needed for me. The online system isn't helpful at all I get there's policy's but how can you know what size is right for you online I used their technique to measure to figure out what size but I was between 2 sizes and they said if you are then go a size down that's what I did and guess what it's not right now I'm stuck with two brand new pillows that wont work for me as I have neck and back pain I was hoping a company like Tempur-Pedic would have good customer service and do the right the thing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been trying to train myself to be a back sleeper as of late, and this pillow is getting me closer to my goal! My neck feels wonderfully supported, and this pillow is also comfortable for when I like to roll over onto my side. I can't recommend it enough as a combination sleeper; whenever it wears out, I will definitely be buying one again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I sleep primarily on my back or side and this pillow perfectly supports my neck and head for that. I do sometimes sleep on my belly and this pillow isn't the best for that however they do state on the website it's not meant for it. If I flip it so the smaller side is at the bottom I can sleep comfy on my belly. Overall a great pillow and I'd definitely buy again!

Let me say that the old ones are 15 yrs old and still perfectly fine but now they become travel pillows. Lol Anyway, I received only one. When I reached out to them they were massively courteous. They got another one to me in 3 days! Now that's the service I've known from TempurPedic for 15 yrs. They're the best for very good reasons. I've not had ONE bad night's sleep in 15 years. Perfect rest everytime, every night.

I tried to buy another, cheaper foam pillow but it was awful. I slept much worse on it. I sleep beautifully on this pillow. My back and neck feel better when I wake up. I will sleep on one of these for the rest of my life.

I owned previous versions of these neck pillows for years, and they were the only thing I'd sleep on, they were that good. Got these new neck pillow, and it took all of 5 minutes for it to mess up my neck so bad that I had to toss them. And oh yah, there are no returns allowed, so all that money down the drain.
