This was the worst experience I had from buying a pillow The pillow is super uncomfortable, after using it for a couple of nights, in the mornings I woke up with very bad neck pain and headache. The pillow is not cheap and there is no return or replacement policy

Friends who have stayed over and slept on my pillow have immediately gone out and bought their own. Anywhere I go, this pillow comes with me because I can't sleep without it. Literally the best investment I've ever made. (I'm a side sleeper.)

I have been sleeping on a Tempur-Pedic pillow for over 20 years. My old pillow was just not giving me enough support any longer so I decided to buy a new one. It seems TP has changed the material as this new pillow no longer molds to my the way the old material did. This pillow is much too firm. I am waking up with neck pain nearly every morning. It would be great if it were a little less firm.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall great pillow with good support on the neck. I had pain on my shoulder and neck. After changing to this pillow there is no pain. There is smell when I use this pillow first time but it is gone now.

I'm super disappointed with this new version of their neck pillow. Material is different and hard. I bought the large and it was way too tall. Then I bought the small and it's super uncomfortable and made my neck sore, I woke up in the middle of the night and switched to my old pillow. This pillow is also not long enough in length. Maybe if they get enough bad reviews, they will bring back the original version. Don't waste your money until then.

So far I am extremely happy with these pillows- however the small one is VERY small. It is not a standard sized pillow. Other than the small size of the pillow, my c-spine and I are very comfortable! My only suggestion is to purchase the larger sized pillow if you don't like a mini-pillow!

This pillow has helped to eliminate my neck and should pain. It has a great shape that helps support your neck and improve your sleeping posture. I liked it so much I bought one for my wife. My only and very small complaint is that the pillow is slightly to hard and I would prefer it to be a little softer.
