My wife ordered 2 of the TEMPUR-Neck pillows and they are way too firm and uncomfortable. They are not returnable, so don't waste your money on these.

Bought this about 2 months ago and have not been able to use it due to the strong odor. It has a plastic smell. I washed the pillowcase and I find the odor to still be too strong still and have not been able to use it.

I had high hopes for how much these cost, but the pillow hurt my neck. The neck bump was too high and hard. Felt really hard against my ears so they got sore quickly. Just too firm. Zero return policy on pillows so buy with caution!
