[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Most uncomfortable pillow I've ever had. Caused serious shoulder issues and Tempur Pedic basically said oh well, sorry you didn't get our return policy - we don't offer returns.

I really like the shape and feel of this pillow, but after over a month, the chemical odor is too strong to sleep with. I tried an extra pillow protector and an extra pillowcase, still the chemical smell comes through. Very unfortunate.

I have long used the small version of this pillow. Seems like Tempur pedic switched materials since I last bought a few years ago. Really firm, I am not a fan.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using Tempur-Neck Pillows for about 20 years. Stiff necks are a thing of the past. I have even cut one in half to travel! I tell everyone who has any neck issues about this product.

Beware that small, medium, and large refers to the height of the neck support. The pillow itself is very small. Too small for regular pillow cases. Annoyingly small if you move around at all in the night. I would return it if I could.

Pillow is ridiculously small. Don't go by the size guide because it is wildly inaccurate. The small sized pillow is for people 3 feet tall and under. And because pillows can't be returned, you'll be stuck with it.
