Past pillows I have purchased were "low profile", so I purchased small. It is too small and causing more problems than old low profile that needed replacing!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Way too small, adult medium seems like a size for a small kid. Not the same neck pillow they used to make with sides for side sleeping and the middle for back sleeping.

This pillow helps me keep my neck in the right position while I sleep. It's also tough to be on my phone while I'm laying on this pillow which is great! I shouldn't use my cell phone in bed anyway.
