I borrowed a neck pillow for about a month before purchasing the same model. The borrowed one was wonderful, but the purchased pillow was harder and thicker. After having neck issues for about 3 weeks I tried to return it, but was not able to. For people with real neck issues, the cost of this product is not worth the risk of it not working.

Pillow provides great support but the height differences very from my old one. I had a medium for years and reordered. The new one was taller and uncomfortable. Ordered the low and it is too low. Something changed in the production and now there is not a good in between height. Still happen to love the support and quality...but miss my old one!

I have several slipped discs in my neck. Sleeping was minimal due to pain. I could never get comfortable. I have tried several other "neck" pillows that just didn't work. The first night on this pillow, I slept through the night! First time in months. Using this pillow every night has made my night restful and my daytime pain decrease day-by-day. If you have neck pain and trouble staying asleep at night due to pain, I would highly recommend this pillow! Life saver!

I have always loved these pillows! I am a side sleeper, & this is the only pillow (and I’ve tried many) where I consistently wake up without neck pain. I do wish I would have gotten a medium as opposed to the small. I feel it’s not quite thick enough for maximum comfort, but again, I do not have neck pain as I have with so many other pillows. For reference I am 5’6”.

This was the worst product I've ever purchased. I only used it twice using both sides. My husband never used it, he literally tried it for 2 minutes and he immediately said it wasn't going to work because it's too small. He has a larger head and it doesn't curve to his neck and head. It's also so rock hard you never get the memory foam feeling. Just feels like an extra hard foam. We got the 2 for 1 deal so it's not as big of a loss but it was still a waste of money. We will literally be throwing these in the trash. Do not waste your money on this. Buy a regular pillow and save a ton of money. Tempurpedic doesn't do returns even on an unopened items so we didn't even bother calling.

At first, we were leery of being disappointed - again, we have tried so many pillows. But, it was a pleasant surprise to find these work so good. At first you think "how could something so firm work?" and then you lay on them and find that this feels great, especially since we are mostly side sleepers. They conform to your weight and body heat. We find our necks feel better and our snoring has decreased....which I'm so grateful for... and our tossing and turning has also decreased. All in all, it was a great purchase.

This pillow is too small, which we realized upon opening it. Unfortunately, Tempurpedic doesn’t allow returns for pillows under any circumstances, even if unused, due to the “personal nature” of such products. The company that will literally send people to your home to take your mattress back on the 89th day for a refund won’t let you exchange a brand new pillow for a bigger size. Never buying from this joke of a company again.

Extremely supportive—and too stiff for me. Supported the neck but created midback issues. Stopped using it and they resolved immediately. Disappointed. And very expensive for a test. Unless you’re sure I’d suggest trying out in store due to NO returns and no exceptions.

I have had a Tempur-Neck pillow for a number of years. However, this most recent purchase, is so much harder than the earlier pillows I'm not able to use it at all. It leaves me with pain in my neck. It just has so little "give" and is not comfortable.

I spent a ton of money on pillows and a topper and was so hopeful and excited when they arrived. That excitement lasted about 45 minutes into sleeping, when I realized that trying to roll over left me off the pillow entirely. It’s small — like, shockingly small. Trying to flip or rotate due to the curve of the pillow. Honestly, it’s hard for me to believe that people actually like these pillows. I’d suggest passing on all of them, because I also bought the Tempur-Neck and Cloud Adjustable pillows, and they were just as disappointing.
