I have used a Tempur-pedic neck pillow for many years. The new one is not the same. It is very hard. I have walked on it to help soften it but it still feels like a brick.

This pillow is too small and otherwise I would like and recommend it. Just don’t know why it is so small. I am not talking about the height. I recommend the pro low pillow with cooling instead.

Hands down, the best pillows ever. I purchased my first pillow over 20 years ago! No neck problems ever! The small neck pillow saved me. I can't recommend it enough. Thank you Temperpedic!!!

I am a small person in the bend on the pillow is too great. It is also way too hard for me. I would’ve returned it, except I had cut the tags off as I was so confidant in the brand.

I've been sleeping with one of these pillows for 20 years. I used to have neck troubles occasionally. I have not had an issue in 20 years. Small size is best for back sleepers. You can go medium or large for side sleepers

This pillow is so tiny, on both dimensions. It's like a travel pillow and there isn't enough room between the curves for your head to fit. Absolute trash!

This pillow is literally like sleeping on a brick. Very, very, very hard pillow. I'll have to find a place to donate it to since they don't accept returns.

After two months with the Tempur‑Pedic TEMPUR‑Cloud Pillow, I'm mostly impressed. The slow‑moving, extra‑soft memory foam cradles my head and lets me sink in just enough to feel hugged without my neck collapsing. I can't wait to try the mattress.

I was surprised how small the pillow is. It's a child size pillow. I find it uncomfortable because it's so small. I thought it would be a standard size or bigger.

I’m aside and a stomach sleeper and love this pillow. My last pillow from Tempur-pedic I had for more than 10 years and figured it was time for a replacement. They truly last forever. The pillow is very firm at first and takes a week or two to get broken in, but I have a herniated disc in my neck and it provides me the right amount of support that I have less pain after using it.
