[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've wasted a fair amount of money on other, highly-rated pillows, but the firmness and shape of the TEMPUR-Neck Pillow has given me the support I needed to wake up without pain. A life-changer.

I have been using TP pillows for at least the last 20 years. The pillow that I received had the support of a roasted marshmallow. None . If you are a regular user of the original neck pillow this is not it. Stay away from this product.

The Tempur Sales rep was very helpful in selecting the correct size neck pillow for my body and is like my previous Tempur neck pillow, super comfortable.
