I got a TemperPedic mattress a few years ago and love it, so I'm not sure what took me so long to try this pillow. I must have bought at least 5 different 'regular' pillows in the past year trying to find one that wouldn't leave me with neck pain most days. This pillow is simply amazing. It's the exact shape I was trying to smash my other pillows into, but they wouldn't stay in place. Neck pain is gone. I only wish it was a little bigger simply for aesthetic reasons...looks so tiny next to the rest of the king pillows on the bed.

I recently replaced my old TEMPUR pillow. I'd tried a lot of different pillows in the past, but none worked for me. The small version is the perfect size for me as a 5' 4" woman. (The new pillow seems a little stiff on the edges when I sleep on my side, but maybe that's just because I'd worn the old one out.)

I have two older (as in literally 20 and 10 years old) Tempur-Neck pillows and since they were getting a little worn out I wanted to get a new one. Boy was I in for a surprise seeing as they are only available in firm. I bit the bullet and tried one - it was awful. I am a side sleeper and this new pillow killed my ears! My husband tried to see if we could somehow save it but he also hated it (and he's a back/stomach sleeper). Absolutely a waste of our money. PLEASE bring back other firmness levels! And while you are at it birng back the king size version.

I have two herniated disks that cause neck pain, and it's hard to find a pillow that checks all the boxes. So far the TEMPUR-Neck Pillow has definitely helped minimize morning discomfort. In fact even though the small size is an accurate fit, I might also buy the medium to change things up. I've been using TEMPUR-PEDIC products for decades, and their quality never fails to shine through. Thank you!

I'm replacing a TEMPUR-neck pillow that lasted me 10 years, and I expected the same feel from the new pillow of the exact same style. Unfortunately, it's nothing like the original. The shape has changed — the neck support section increased from 3” to 3-1/2”, which isn't the main issue. The bigger problem is the other side. It used to be flat, but now it curves upward. As a stomach sleeper, this makes it uncomfortable and harder to use. Even worse, the pillow is no longer soft — it's extremely hard compared to my old one. I replaced my worn-out pillow hoping for the same comfort, but this feels like a completely different product. Very disappointing. Not worth the replacement.

This pillow has the neck support which is really nice, but the overall height of the pillow I feel is too low. I think another 2 inches maybe 3 in the overall height would have made it better. This is my primary pillow I use. I'm a back and side sleeper. More so on my side. I would still recommend because the neck support is nice. But as an overall score I gave three stars. It could be better.

For the money, I was really expecting great results but this pillow hurts really bad! It's extremely hard. It's uncomfortable to the neck and back. My 3 year old even pushed it back on my side of the bed when I tried to switch it for the cloud pillow I also purchased. Very disappointed

The pillow is extremely hard. Don't get me wrong, I like a firm pillow, but this is mattress-firm not pillow-firm. I would return it for a refund but in my excitement for the new pillow, I tore off the manufacturer labels so now I'm stuck with two very expensive and unusable pillows.

I used a Tempur-pedic neck contour pillow years ago and I loved it. So I ordered two for the bundle package pricing. I'm 5 feet tall and ordered the small. This pillow does not contour to my neck and it is so firm that it fights back. I wish I had only bought one. Now have two with one still in the box wrapped in plastic. I'm hoping my husband can use it. I'm trying to think maybe I can cut it down to contour better. This is not the same product that I used years ago.

The size of the pillow is smaller than a standard pillow, it's more like a toddler size. I literally had to purchase a toddler size pillowcase to fit the pillow (not kidding). I purchased 3 of these neck pillows to fit my king size bed. Temper-Pedic please go back a selling a true Queen and King size. This new size is a joke!!!! Next complaint is how hard the memory foam with this new version of neck pillow. It's not as forgiving as the original one you sold compared to the 2000.- 2010 version. It's too dense:/ hard. Go back a to your original version please. You can do better. I used to love Temper-pedic pillows. Not anymore. Best you stick with mattresses, that you do well, but not contour neck pillows.
