I have had neck & shoulder stiffness due to tension & was no longer happy with my other memory foam pillows. I read online suggestions for relief and reviews of the pillow. It took about a week to get comfortable with the firmness of the pillow but I'm quite comfortable now sleeping on my side or back. Neck feels much better.

This pillow is not what they say it is. It has an awful off gassing from the foam they use. Even with doing the measurements it did not fit me and it is extremely small. I used it for one hour and night it was so bad I had to get adjusted the next day. Oh also their is no returns on it so it's not worth the risk and the money

I have two older (as in literally 20 and 10 years old) Tempur-Neck pillows and since they were getting a little worn out I wanted to get a new one. Boy was I in for a surprise seeing as they are only available in firm. I bit the bullet and tried one - it was awful. I am a side sleeper and this new pillow killed my ears! My husband tried to see if we could somehow save it but he also hated it (and he's a back/stomach sleeper). Absolutely a waste of our money. PLEASE bring back other firmness levels! And while you are at it birng back the king size version.

The new material feels like cheap foam. I absolutely hate it. When the weight of your head is in one place for awhile, it sinks in and compresses down thin and hard under your head, then, if you turn on your side it stays hard and compressed under your ear. It takes a long time to u compress. It does not feel anything like my super old tempurpedic pillow. They have cheapened over the years, it seems only the very tithing top layer is the good stuff, under that is crappy cheap foam. Tempurpedic is not customer friendly, they refused to offer exchange nor a refund. Nor any support whatsoever. I am done with this 1 out of 5 stars. Quality change

I purchased one when they first came out. Unfortunately I forgot it at a hotel. I loved it and my neck pain and stiffness was no more. Because of the expense I delayed replacing it and tried a battery of other brands before I recently replaced it with new design. looked the same but was very HARD. I couldn’t even fall asleep with it. Went back to a down pillow. At least I could fluff it into shape during the night without fully waking up.

I got a TemperPedic mattress a few years ago and love it, so I'm not sure what took me so long to try this pillow. I must have bought at least 5 different 'regular' pillows in the past year trying to find one that wouldn't leave me with neck pain most days. This pillow is simply amazing. It's the exact shape I was trying to smash my other pillows into, but they wouldn't stay in place. Neck pain is gone. I only wish it was a little bigger simply for aesthetic reasons...looks so tiny next to the rest of the king pillows on the bed.

This pillow is hard as a rock. We have had Tempurpedic pillows and mattresses before and had good luck, so I didn't worry about buying this one. This pillow is so hard I woke up with my ear hurting like I was sleeping on cement. For such an expensive product, it is disappointing that they do not allow returns. This will be my last purchase with this company.

I purchased this pillow a few weeks ago and have been pleasantly surprised. It provides good neck and head support without feeling too firm, and it doesn’t go flat overnight. It took a couple of nights to get used to, but once I did, my sleep improved noticeably. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, supportive pillow with neck issues.

I recently replaced my old TEMPUR pillow. I'd tried a lot of different pillows in the past, but none worked for me. The small version is the perfect size for me as a 5' 4" woman. (The new pillow seems a little stiff on the edges when I sleep on my side, but maybe that's just because I'd worn the old one out.)
