I was replacing a 10 year old Tempur-Pedic neck pillow. The new one is much firmer and I hope it softens up a bit over time. The old one was very flat.

I have been using these pillows for years, first as a means to alleviate cervical spine discomfort during sleep, but most importantly not having pain throughout the day. Definitely helps sleep posture for cervical spine in my experience. They don't last forever and I have had to replace them periodically but it's well worth the investment!

The new material feels like cheap foam. I absolutely hate it. When the weight of your head is in one place for awhile, it sinks in and compresses down thin and hard under your head, then, if you turn on your side it stays hard and compressed under your ear. It takes a long time to u compress. It does not feel anything like my super old tempurpedic pillow. They have cheapened over the years, it seems only the very tithing top layer is the good stuff, under that is crappy cheap foam. Tempurpedic is not customer friendly, they ( Claude) refused to offer exchange nor a refund. Nor any support whatsoever. I am done with this company

I'm replacing a TEMPUR-neck pillow that lasted me 10 years, and I expected the same feel from the new pillow of the exact same style. Unfortunately, it's nothing like the original. The shape has changed — the neck support section increased from 3” to 3-1/2”, which isn't the main issue. The bigger problem is the other side. It used to be flat, but now it curves upward. As a stomach sleeper, this makes it uncomfortable and harder to use. Even worse, the pillow is no longer soft — it's extremely hard compared to my old one. I replaced my worn-out pillow hoping for the same comfort, but this feels like a completely different product. Very disappointing. Not worth the replacement.

I have two herniated disks that cause neck pain, and it's hard to find a pillow that checks all the boxes. So far the TEMPUR-Neck Pillow has definitely helped minimize morning discomfort. In fact even though the small size is an accurate fit, I might also buy the medium to change things up. I've been using TEMPUR-PEDIC products for decades, and their quality never fails to shine through. Thank you!

I have two older (as in literally 20 and 10 years old) Tempur-Neck pillows and since they were getting a little worn out I wanted to get a new one. Boy was I in for a surprise seeing as they are only available in firm. I bit the bullet and tried one - it was awful. I am a side sleeper and this new pillow killed my ears! My husband tried to see if we could somehow save it but he also hated it (and he's a back/stomach sleeper). Absolutely a waste of our money. PLEASE bring back other firmness levels! And while you are at it birng back the king size version.
