[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this product for a great nights sleep and waking up without neck pain. My only thing I don't like is it's only 19" long. I wish it was the length of a king sizes pillow.

I bought this pillow because I wanted serious neck support at night. It was listed as firm support so I was optimistic. I would label it medium support at best. Not as supportive as others I've gotten from Tempurpedic in the past.

If you stay in one position through the night then this pillow is for you. The pillow is small. This width of this pillow is even shorter than a standard size pillow.

Good service. Bought one on B1G1F and only put one in cart. They were quick to reply. I am not a fan of the pillow and you can't return. Shoulda went to store to test drive. Test before buying.
