[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pillow is very firm. Hard to use in any other position besides back sleeping. Puts excess pressure on the jaw when side sleeping. Not returnable.

I'd return the neck roll pillow but tempur products are not returnable. I have an old Tempur mattress still in use. A new one is priceless, truly that expensive, so I haven't replaced it yet. I would get another mattress when financially feasible.

As much as I wanted to love these pillows. They did not work for me. I have neck and back issues and it did not give me any comfort. Since I could not return the pillows so i gave them To my parents.
