There is no better quality or value. I bought this as a replacement for a pillow that I had had for decades after working for a chiropractor. There was no decline in functionality just thought it was looking a bit like the "Velveteen Rabbit".

It was clear this was not the same as the pillow we sought to replace. It had not been opened or out of the plastic wrap. Yet, Temper-pedic refused to replace it. The "service" person said, "too bad".

I've had this pillow since sharper image was still around. I loved it so much, I've purchased them for my whole family. Everyone enjoys them and even travel with the pillows in tow. My forever pillow.

I eventually got the small one. It is too shallow for sleeping on the side and too high to sleep on the back. It is the worst experience I have ever had with pillows.

I noticed that I had less neck pain when I would wake up in the morning. Sometimes I take a break using the pillow and it helps with neck pain as well.

I am hoping that pillow firmness settles a litttle. This is my second pillow if this brand and type and my first is a little less firm. Could be age. Generally the product is quality.
