Received the small contour neck pillow...so disappointing. Very hard and uncomfortable. Wish I had read the reviews before I ordered them. Have had their pillows in the past and loved them. Never ocurred to me that these would be so inferior.

I bought this pillow to replace my current TempurPedic neck pillow. These are nowhere near as good as the older ones. These are tiny little pillows that are super soft with zero support. And TempurPedic won't accept returns. Huge waste of money.

It was clear this was not the same as the pillow we sought to replace. It had not been opened or out of the plastic wrap. Yet, Temper-pedic refused to replace it. The "service" person said, "too bad".

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought is for my 6'8" tall significant other. Large size. However, it's the smallest ortho pillow I've ever bought. He said it's comfortable, but can't use it due to the small size.

The base of my skull gets really tight and causes tension headaches and this pillow relieves that tension. It's great for back sleepers. You have to have a longer neck for it to be super comfortable for side sleeping
