[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ordered this to replace my ten year old pillow, but it is so firm, it's painful to sleep on. Otherwise the size and shape are perfect.

I have had many neck pillows like this, from this company and I have loved everyone. But this one is too hard to even try to get over it to get to sleep.

As much as I wanted to love these pillows. They did not work for me. I have neck and back issues and it did not give me any comfort. Since I could not return the pillows so i gave them To my parents.

Pillows were way smaller than the initial Tempur neck pillows I purchased several years ago. Did not like them at all, way too small and flimsy....I returned them!
