The Tempur Sales rep was very helpful in selecting the correct size neck pillow for my body and is like my previous Tempur neck pillow, super comfortable.

I owned a Tempur neck pillow for years and it was stolen last year when I was traveling with it. The new pillow that was shipped is much too firm and actually strained my neck while sleeping.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pillow takes about a week and a half to break in. After the break-in period pillow becomes much softer. Relieved my neck and shoulder pain!!!

This was definitely not what I had expected. The pillows were to small and the quality was not up to my expections. Can't wait until I receive my credit so I can get me some decent pillows.
